Описание

В разные времена Выборг находился в составе Финляндии, Швеции и России. Вы раскроете, как он выглядел 400 лет назад и как менялся его облик с течением веков. Оцените архитектуру в стиле «северный модерн», погуляете по извилистым старинным улочкам и услышите городские легенды о тайных подземных ходах и «длинной бороде».

Сказочный «северный модерн»
В Выборге сохранилось много старинных зданий в стиле «северный модерн». Я расскажу о создавших их архитекторах и помогу найти на фасадах домов характерные для этого направления элементы: отсылки к средневековым замкам и суровой северной природе и сюжеты карело-финского эпоса Калевала. А также покажу точные копии ладьей-драккаров, на которых викинги прибывали на эти земли.

Рыцарские турниры, кинофестивали и не только
Вы увидите остатки крепостной стены и узнаете, как Петр I смог завоевать неприступный шведский город и какое значение он придавал этой победе. Кроме того, услышите о проходящих здесь рыцарских турнирах и кинофестивалях и отыщете дом, где появились первые лифты и водопровод с горячей водой. А еще раскроете, какие православные и католические соборы были построены в Выборге по велению Екатерины Великой.

Старый Выборг
В средневековой части города вы увидите оборонительную Круглую башню, Рыночную площадь, дом Купца и руины Кафедрального собора, под стенами которого хоронили знатных людей. Заглянете в старинные дворики и насладитесь видами на Финский залив и Часовую башню. А старинная Ратушная площадь подарит вам великолепную панораму Выборгского замка. Я расскажу, кем и при каких обстоятельствах он был заложен и в честь кого названа его главная башня.

Экскурсию проводила Наталья. Безусловно, для первого знакомства информацию мы получили. Но, рассказ был довольно поверхностным и примитивным. Сложилось впечатление, что Наталья чаще проводит экскурсии для младших школьников. Много «пустых», не содержательных отступлений. К сожалению, целостного впечатления о городе не получилось.

Гид за пару часов до встречи уведомила о том что не сможет провести экскурсию и предложила коллегу на замену. Экскурсии абсолютно не понравилась. Зря потраченные деньги и время

6 января были на пешеходной экскурсии по Выборгу, экскурсия прошла комфортно, не смотря на сильный мороз. Маршрут был построен таким образом, что бы мы не успевали замерзнуть. Материал подавался доступно, со ссылками на исторические справки. Экскурсовода рекомендую.

Экскурсию провела нам Людмила. Если мы изначально скептически отнеслись(так как не прочитали, что это организация экскурсоводов), то все наши ожидания с первой улыбки и знакомства разбились в пух и прах. Прекрасный человек, замечательный экскурсовод, который ведёт в духе времени. Прекрасные истории, смех, забота о нас. Благодаря её историями о Выборге узнали много интересного и эксклюзивного.
