Оставим в стороне традиционный маршрут из Пскова! Проехав по живописной дороге, которой пользовались столетия назад, вы откроете древние села и пересечете путь «из варяг в греки». В двух городах услышите о мощных фортификациях и реликвиях, знаменитых насельниках и политических интригах, мрачных легендах, чудесных историях, загадочных пещерах и монастырских буднях. И оказавшись в этих былинных местах, забудете, какой век на дворе.

Информативная поездка в Печоры
По пути вам встретятся деревеньки и местечки, от названий которых веет седой стариной: Камно, Логозовичи, Печки, Халахальня, Гверстонь. Они обычно остаются за кадром, но к ним стоит присмотреться: порой именно здесь вершилась большая история. По дороге вам откроется вид на острова Псковско-Чудского озера. По мосту вы пересечете древний торговый путь — речку Обдех, которая была ответвлением знаменитого Варяжского пути и связывала Изборск со всем миром. А на въезде в Печоры нас, как в древности, встретит часовня Параскевы Пятницы.

Там, где русская земля заканчивается… или начинается, как посмотреть
Здесь, на самой границе когда-то с Ливонским орденом, а сейчас с Евросоюзом, уже более 500 лет существует Свято-Успенский монастырь, ставший не только оплотом православия и местом молитвенного подвига, но и могучей крепостью. Запах пороха и дыма здесь смешивался с ароматом фимиама, а молитвы возносились под грохот пушек. О реальных событиях, легендах и их необыкновенном переплетении поговорим на прогулке.

Печоры — это не только монастырь
Это маленький городок с большой историей. Одна из самых интересных страниц в судьбе города — начало 20 века. Поэтому речь пойдет не только о делах давно минувших дней, но и о тех, которые «аукаются» до сих пор. А после экскурсии по Псково-Печерскому монастырю и старинным улочкам отправимся в Старый Изборск.

Поразительный Изборск, «железный град прекрасный»
Летописная история Изборска ведется от Трувора. Вот и ваше знакомство с этим удивительным местом начнется с Труворова городища — места первой крепости. Чтобы сдерживать воинственных соседей, псковичи и изборяне построили в 14 веке новую крепость на Жеравьей горе. Эта могучая цитадель сохранилась до наших дней. Порассуждаем о слабых местах фортификации и военных хитростях. Я проведу вас по боевым галереям и покажу башни изнутри. Кроме того, вы спуститесь в подземный лаз и подниметесь на смотровую площадку, откуда открывается потрясающий вид.

Словенские ключи
Былинные панорамы и истории Древней Руси создадут ощущение подлинной сказки. А какая сказка без источника с живой водой? В Изборске больше тысячи лет бьют из отвесной скалы волшебные ключи. Их мы не обойдем вниманием, и под журчание воды вы сможете загадать самые заветные желания.

В Псков будем возвращаться по Рижскому шоссе.

Обратите внимание: в Изборске сложный рельеф с очень крутыми спусками и подъемами.

  • Также при посещении Псково-Печерского монастыря с экскурсоводом традиционно вносится пожертвование (600 руб. для группы 1-5 человек)

Посещение пещер Псково-Печорского монастыря

  • Богом зданные пещеры можно посетить по предварительным заявкам с 9 до 16 часов (кроме понедельника и четверга). Вам нужно будет заказать посещение самостоятельно.
  • Ближние пещеры, где находятся мощи Псково-Печерских преподобных, открыты для свободного осмотра

Для для проезда по Старой дороге требуется пропуск в погранзону.
