Описание

Приготовьтесь погрузиться в многовековую историю Серпухова — города-перевала на пути в Орду, города с купеческим прошлым, крупного духовного центра. Вы осмотрите старинные особняки и площади; увидите нарядный Спасский храм, при желании заглянете в художественный музей; посетите два монастыря и в одном из них сможете помолиться у чудотворной иконы.

Что вас ожидает

Знакомство с городом
Наш маршрут охватит улицы и переулки, сохранившие старинный облик, строения 18-19 вв. Мы пройдем и проедем:

  • По следам первой дороги Московской Руси, проходившей через самобытный город на холмах. Вы также узнаете любопытные факты о Муравском шляхе — том самом пути 13 века, по которой ездили в Золотую Орду.
  • От остатков древнего серпуховского кремля Ивана Грозного вдоль посада к белой слободе, где жили служилые люди.
  • От Воскресенского холма по старейшей улицей Калужской к Высоцкому мужскому монастырю.
  • По Первой Московской улице, застроенной по «Плану реконструкции уездных городов Московской губернии» и сохранившейся в неизменном состоянии со времени Екатерины II.

Кроме того, мы остановимся на площади Ленина, и я расскажу, как Серпухов стал городом купеческим.

Серпухов православный
Друг напротив друга, разделенные рекой, стоят два монастыря Серпухова — они издавна занимали значимое положение в Московском княжестве. Первым мы посетим Высоцкий монастырь, заложенный по благословению преподобного Сергия Радонежского. Вы услышите о местной чудотворной иконе «Неупиваемая чаша» — и сможете приложиться к ней в Покровском храме монастыря. Или же прогуляться по набережной вдоль пруда и покормить белых лебедей.
После мы отправимся к Введенскому Владычному монастырю; я познакомлю вас с его прошлым — это настоящий приключенческий роман. Вы полюбуетесь храмовой архитектурой, услышите о местных подвижниках и узнаете о разрушениях храмов в советские годы.

Жемчужина занарья
Вас ждет скрытый от глаз ансамбль Спасского храма — яркий пример «русского стиля» конца 19 — начала 20 века, подлинный шедевр виртуозного архитектора Клейна. Кроме того, по желанию после экскурсии вы сможете посетить музеи старообрядческой церкви, печати, хлеба или историко-художественный музей.

4 часа экскурсии можно выдержать только с человеком, влюбленным в свой город. Наш гид, Александр, прекрасно знает свой город, его историю и судьбу известных людей, живших в нем. Много дат, имён, событий. Но, чтоб это не утомляло, желательно предварительно почитать про историю Серпухова. Будет гораздо интереснее. Отличный выбор локаций, удобная и просторная машина. Мы остались довольны проведенным временем с нашим гидом.

Отличная экскурсия по Серпухову. Открыли с супругой для себя очень много нового о истории города,несмотря на то,что бывали до этого в Серпухове неоднократно, благо дача рядом.
