Киров, он же Вятка, он же Хлынов — город, сменивший три имени, припас для вас немало интересного и удивительного. Мы доберемся до древнейших вятских построек, поговорим о жизни свободных ремесленников и купцов, секретах Спасского собора и городских легендах. После нашей прогулки вам в полной мере откроется смысл поговорки «у нас на Вятке свои порядки».

Наш маршрут охватит места исторического центра, без которого невозможно представить Киров: мы начнём с центра города — Театральной площади, пройдёмся по старому Московскому тракту, Вятскому Арбату. Узнаем, как связаны между собой кировский Спасский собор и Спасские ворота Московского Кремля. Выйдем на лучшую смотровую площадку города и насладимся великолепным панорамным видом на его заречную часть со слободой Дымково (родиной Дымковской игрушки) и мужским Трифоновым монастырём, основанным в конце 16 века.. Разберемся, как на жизнь и развитие Кирова повлияла Великая Отечественная война, и отыщем любопытные уголки города, окруженные не менее любопытными преданиями.

Вы не только познакомитесь с историей города от основания до наших дней, но и проникнете в мир вятских легенд и ключевых событий. Я расскажу про свободных ремесленников и мастеров, про вятчан, ходивших за оброком на Казань, про талантливых вятских архитекторов и предприимчивых купцов. Мы разберемся, почему здесь, за тысячу верст от Москвы, никогда не существовало крепостного права, и обсудим, как это отразилось на характере местных жителей. А еще поговорим о том, как вятчане веками соседствовали с удмуртами, татарами, марийцами и другими коренными народами Предуралья.

Большое спасибо экскурсоводу Кире за замечательно организованную и насыщенную программу экскурсии, не смотря на дождливую погоду. Приятно познакомиться с Хлыновым-Вяткой- Кировом с высокопрофессиональным гидом, любящим свой город. Были в Кирове впервые, ограничены во времени. Хотели посмотреть главные достопримечательности. Экскурсовод Кира отлично справилась с задачей. Небольшой дождь не помешал. Начали от театра и прошли до вечного огня на берегу Вятки. Удобный темп, хорошая речь, наглядные материалы, схема города. Кира ответила на все вопросы, возникающие по ходу. Приятно, что у Кира использовала микрофон, хотя нас было 2 человека. Порекомендую, остались очень довольны!!!
