Знания о буддизме, яркие открытия и просто отдых душой — вас ждет полная перезагрузка за один день! Мы уедем из города в Иволгинскую долину — кладезь сакральных и необычных мест Бурятии. Вы увидите долину Чингисхана, посидите на Языке Тролля, выпьете целебной воды на священных источниках. И конечно, исследуете легендарный дацан, где посетите дворец Д.-Д. Итигэлова.

Что вас ожидает

Аршаны, или святые источники Бурятии

  • Первым делом мы посетим близко расположенный к Улан-Удэ источник Арюун-Булаг у подножия горы Баян-Улан. Есть поверье, что покровительство могущественного духа-хозяина этой горы простирается на всю Бурятию, до Монголии. Здесь вы увидите единственное обоо — священное место, молебны на котором совершают Хамбо-ламы — главы буддистов России.
  • Отправившись вглубь Иволгинской долины, в её сердце, вы окажетесь у комплекса минеральных источников. Здесь бьют 10 ключей! Все относятся к охраняемым объектам природы Байкала, имеют разный состав воды и помогают при определенных болезнях (кишечных, легочных, сердечных). Известно, что здесь медитировал и заряжался энергией сам Пандито Хамбо-лама XII Даши-Доржо Итигэлов.
  • Апогеем путешествия станет посещение святого источника Д.-Д. Итигэлова на его малой родине, в селе Оронгой. Вы откроете удивительные факты о серебряной воде, увидите дом Итигэлова и буддийскую ступу, вдохновитесь дивными пейзажами и умиротворяющей энергетикой.

Иволгинский дацан — центр буддизма России
Приготовьтесь пройти по «малому гороо», священному кругу храмовой части дацана. Вы посетите несколько храмов, где я понятно и увлекательно расскажу об особенностях бурятского буддизма тибетской школы Гелуг, о принципах и законах учения. Вы увидите священное дерево Боддхи, «родственника» дерева, под которым Будда достиг просветления. И конечно, узнаете о феномене мирового масштаба — нетленном теле Даши-Доржо Итигэлова, который ушел из жизни в медитации. По желанию и с позволения лам вы зайдете на поклонение к Итигэлову, великому учителю для буддистов России, Монголии и Китая.

Бескрайние степи, или по следам Чингисхана
Мы остановимся у каменного плато Тапхар, которое напоминает Тафельберг — столовую гору Кейптауна, новое чудо света. На автомобиле поднимемся по пологому склону к площадке из каменных плит. Склон резко обрывается и дарит головокружительные виды на бесконечные степи, окруженные холмами. Один из выступов над обрывом напоминает знаменитый норвежский Язык Тролля. В этом идеальном месте у вас будет время посидеть, подышать ветром, полюбоваться просторами и сделать сотни атмосферных фото. В народе плато называют «ставкой Чингисхана»: здесь в уме рождаются образы, как в долине ровными рядами выстраиваются непобедимые тумэны монгольского полководца.

Вкус Бурятии
Завершим поездку сытным обедом в кафе, где вы попробуете национальное блюдо — бурятские буузы, приготовленное по старым рецептам местных жителей.

  • Экскурсия будет интересна детям старше 7 лет и взрослым
  • При посещении дацана рекомендовано быть в свободной одежде, прикрывающей плечи и колени
  • Вода в источниках 8-9 градусов, купаться в них невозможно
  • Одевайтесь по погоде, так как большую часть времени мы будем на улице, и в долине в осенне-зимнее время часто ветрено
  • С собой возьмите тару для минеральной воды — набрать с собой или просто попробовать (бутылки — до 5 литров на человека)
  • Очередность посещения локаций может меняться в зависимости от погодных условий, времени начала экскурсии, удобства логистики маршрута для определенной группы
  • Внимание: в зависимости от снежного покрова заезд на ставку Чингисхана не всегда возможен. Если посетить ставку не получится, доплата на 2000 ₽ меньше или будет предложена замена на стоянку Гэсэра — обзорную площадку с видом на степь и реку, шаманское место силы

  • При входе в Иволгинский дацан оплачивается билет-пожертвование дацану 50 ₽ за чел.
  • Если вы решили пойти на поклонение к Хамбо Ламе Этигэлову — в дацане отдельно оплачивается паломнический билет — 300 ₽ за чел. и приобретается хадак (шарф) — символ уважения — 100 ₽ за чел.
  • Обед (средний чек — 350 ₽ за чел.)

Экскурсия оставила очень теплые впечатления и воспоминания 😄Анастасия дала полную информацию по истории и правилам Ивалгинского дацана. Помогла пообщаться с ламой. И мы удачно открыли дорогу к плато Чингисхана. Было интересно и весело )) Экскурсии хорошо организована, время для фото и погулять, для поесть и зеленые остановки все было очень вовремя. Экскурсия с Настей оставила самые тёплые впечатления. Это удивительно душевный и искренний человек. Она провела нас по живописнейшим местам, напоила целебной водой, а рассказ о буддизме был понятным и полным интересных фактов. Успели даже отведать сочных буузов. Время пролетело незаметно. Спасибо Анастасии за замечательную экскурсию и увлекательный рассказ о буддизме, дацанах и ламах! Получилось побывать, пусть и короткое время, на молитве. И замена локации из-за непогоды совсем не испортили впечатление (вместо ставки Чингисхана была стоянка Гэсэра). Вид с нее был тоже впечатляющий! Буузы в кафе вообще ❤️‍🔥. Поездка прошла в дружеской позитивной атмосфере. За интересными рассказами и национальной музыкой время пролетело незаметно. От этой экскурсии останутся яркие воспоминания и фотографии!

В январе 2026 года посетили Сокровищницу человеческой цивилизации - Иволгинский дацан. Благодарим нашего гида Анастасию за великолепный день! Мы с друзьями много путешествуем и, что называется, есть с чем сравнить. Можем с уверенностью рекомендовать Настю как профессионала своего дела: 1 - оперативная связь. Мы получали исчерпывающие ответы на все вопросы, которые возникли и на момент согласования экскурсии, и когда уже прилетели в Улан-Удэ. 2 - пунктуальность. Настя и авто ждали нас в точно оговорённое время. 3 - честность - никаких "неожиданных сюрпризов", доп.платежей, изменений графика, маршрута экскурсии, увеличения группы не было. 4 - владение и подача информации - всё понятно, лаконично и последовательно. Без повторений материала (очень многие гиды этим грешат - тараторят одно и тоже, как заезженная пластинка). 5- пластичность - Настя чувствовала энергию и темп нашей группы. Была предельно корректна.
