Описание

Изысканные рестораны, уютные кафе, тёплая и ламповая чайная — на гастропрогулке я покажу, что наш город, как радушный хозяин, готов в любой сезон и погоду угостить всем, что найдётся в кладовых. А закрома Карелии таят немало богатств! Будет много рыбы, мясные деликатесы, грибы, соленья, сладкие ягоды и ароматные травы, горячие пирожки и традиционный карельский чай.

Что вас ожидает

Карельский стритфуд и не только
Конечно, на дворе 21 век и далеко не все карелы питаются калитками и лохикейто. Вы узнаете, чем же балуют себя жители карельской столицы, когда хотят отдохнуть и вкусно поужинать. Например, отведаете удивительный монстр-бургер аж с шестью домашними котлетами! Такие подвиги осилят не все, но в нашем меню заготовлены блюда для каждого — есть детский бургер, вегетарианский, очень сырный и с мраморной говядиной. А если уж очень захочется карельского колорита, вам подадут традиционный сливочный суп из лосося (тот самый лохикейто) или угостят крафтовым пивом местных производителей: Бесов нос, Чёртов стул, Куркиёки, Залавруга — отличный способ попробовать на вкус все уголки Карелии.

Необычные блюда национальной кухни
Леса, озёра, буйные реки, болота — в закромах карельской тайги всегда находилось, чем порадовать своих обитателей. Рыба, грибы, ягоды — завсегдатаи столов местных жителей. Кроме того, у вас будет возможность попробовать всяческие деликатесы: медвежатину, лосятину и оленину. Сладкие варенья, ароматные чаи и настойки, горячая выпечка, рыбка, мясо, картошечка… всё это редко кого оставляет равнодушным.

Чайная церемония по-карельски
В завершение прогулки устроим посиделки за чашечкой ароматного карельского иван-чая в тёплой и уютной чайной, мастера которой сами собирают и ферментируют листья кипрея. Вы узнаете, чем необычен и полезен традиционный карельский чай, и просто насладитесь приятной атмосферой. А если захотите, то сможете увезти немного карельских трав домой.

Это наш первый опыт гастрономической экскурсии,которая прошла в меру познавательно,в меру увлекательно, в меру аппетитно... Катя - интересный рассказчик, знает много, излагает мысль грамотно...обладает хорошим чувством юмора... Рекомендуем экскурсию однозначно... Время пролетело незаметно. Мы позавтракали в Калиточной, пообедали в Карельской горнице,совершили 2-х часовую прогулку по центру города.. Катя развернуто ответила на все разносторонние вопросы,показала свою эрудицию,любовь к своему краю... Рекомендуем... Хотелось бы (как пожелание) увеличить время экскурсии,чтобы увидеть в городе ещё больше интересного... Спасибо,Катя, за встречу..
