Описание

Приглашаю вас прогуляться по исторической части Ярославля: увидеть памятники 16-18 веков и услышать о них любопытные факты. Но помимо погружения в прошлое, вас ожидает рассказ о гастрономических предпочтениях горожан. Вы узнаете о владельцах крупнейших кондитерских фабрик и чаеторговцах, раскроете секреты маркетинга 20 века и поймете, как правильно «кушать» чай.

Что вас ожидает

Самое главное в Ярославле
Наш маршрут включает знаковые места города: мы побываем на советской площади и увидим первый русский театр; осмотрим снаружи Спасо-Преображенский монастырь-богатырь, когда-то сыгравший роль Московского Кремля и спасший Россию в 1612 г. Полюбуемся нарядными церквями Ильи Пророка, Богоявления, Михаила Архангела, Спаса на Городу и величественным Успенским собором. Прогуляемся по Волжской набережной и дойдем до Стрелки, где встречаются реки Волга и Которосль — колыбель города и княжества. Я расскажу о главных достопримечательностях, о легенде древнего города и его живом символе.

Чайная история
Купцы, духовенство, дворянство — мы поговорим о том, что объединяло эти сословия, а именно — об их любви к чаю! Вот почему в Ярославле было много трактиров, чайных, ресторанов. «Бристоль», «Царьград», «Пассаж», «Столбы» — вы увидите их здания, узнаете о чайной церемонии по-ярославски. Услышите о крупных дельцах-чаеторговцах, торговавших на всю Россию и даже создавших свое производство.

Вкусы ярославцев
Чтобы вы прочувствовали атмосферу древнего города, раскрыли характер горожан, я расскажу о местных традициях и вкусах. Ведь на рубеже XIX и XX веков именно Ярославль считался негласной «сладкой столицей» Российской Империи: на 100 тысяч человек в городе приходилось 10 кондитерских фабрик. Какие сладости выпускала самая передовая фабрика? Какие рекламные трюки проделывали Кузнецовы? Я раскрою почти детективную историю одного кондитерского рода и поделюсь тайной французского названия фабрики «Бельфор». Покажу знаменитую сладкую фабрику и торт кондитеров на Волжской набережной. И, конечно, расскажу о других гастрономических предпочтениях жителей Ярославля.

А чтобы не замерзнуть во время прогулки, мы можем заглянуть в уютное кафе и согреться чашкой чая, кофе или другого традиционного напитка вприкуску с оригинальной сладостью!

Побывала с двумя сыновьями — 13 лет и 8 лет — на экскурсии у Светланы в первый день знакомства с Ярославлем. Погода была промозглая, но это не помешало получить удовольствие от прогулки! Светлана умеет заинтересовать детей, рассказывает о родном городе с большой любовью! Экскурсия продолжительная и наполнена историческими материалами, но дети её всё же осилили :) Из пожеланий — хотелось бы больше услышать историй о купеческих обычаях и традициях, посвятить больше времени ярославскому чаепитию и вкусняшкам— потому что, читая описание экскурсии и оценивая степень соответствия детской аудитории, ожидаешь немного иного подхода к подаче материала — чуть более «приземлённого» :)

Светлана прекрасный экскурсовод, влюбленная в свой город. Очень благодарны ей. Вишенкой на торте, как говорится, было под конец экскурсии посещение пряничного домика и кондитерской фабрики с дегустацией и чаепитием. Уезжаем из Ярославля с теплотой в душе, довольные и счастливые.

Замечательная экскурсия по великолепному городу. Светлана - отличный рассказчик, держит внимание, сохраняет интерес к предмету экскурсии всё время. Тонко и душевно передает сложную историю русского тысячелетнего города.
