Описание

Петроградка знаменита доходными домами с уникальными фасадами, нарядными парадными и лестницами, витражами и лепниной. Мы с вами всё это великолепие исследуем: увидим дома эмира Бухарского и Розенштейна, проникнем в парадные на Большом проспекте и пройдёмся по дворам-колодцам. А заодно обсудим расцвет застройки и причины популярности здешних локаций у режиссёров.

Что вас ожидает

  • Начнём экскурсию с внешнего осмотра доходного дома семейства Чубаковых
  • Исследуем солидный дом эмира Бухарского, который в нём не жил. Вы узнаете, почему.
  • Уделим внимание другим значимым постройкам 20 столетия, в частности доходным домам Константина Розенштейна и Белогруда
  • Обсудим, что раньше было на том месте, где сейчас стоит театр Андрея Миронова
  • Заглянем в таинственный двор-колодец «дома с фигурами»
  • Посмотрим на уникальную стену с фольконье и брандмаузером в доходном доме Дальберга и Кохендерфера
  • Зайдём в парадные домов на Большом проспекте
  • Рассмотрим витражи в доме Карла Розенштейна
  • Пройдёмся по проходным дворам на Каменноостровском проспекте, где снимались телесериалы «Бандитский Петербург», «Агент национальной безопасности», «Менты» и другие картины

Было холодно и группа была всего 4 человека. Повезло) Экскурсовод Андрей хорошо знает материал, что приятно. Охотно делился своими знаниями и ответил на все вопросы, что появлялись в процессе прогулки. Рекомендую экскурсию для любителей истории и архитектуры

Экскурсовод приятный мужчина, ему явна интересна история города, было приятно провести в группе больше двух часов. Показалось, что давно не ходил по данному маршруту, не мог сразу соориентироваться в какую парадную нужно заходить, но это мелочи, конечно Отвечал на все вопросы по мере возможности.

Конечно, вот пример отзыва: Были на экскурсии по Петроградским доходным домам, и это был действительно незабываемый опыт! Наш гид, Максим, впечатлил нас своим глубоким знанием истории и архитектуры. Он сделал каждое здание живым и рассказал множество интересных фактов и историй, которые заставили нас взглянуть на эти дома по-новому. Экскурсия была очень хорошо организована, и мы чувствовали себя вовлеченными в процесс на каждом этапе. Особенно впечатлило умение Максима отвечать на все наши вопросы, делая это с большим энтузиазмом и вниманием к деталям. Мы остались в восторге и искренне рекомендуем эту экскурсию всем, кто интересуется историей и культурой Санкт-Петербурга.
