Описание

Я проведу вас по оживлённым и тихим улицам, проторенным тропам и вдали от них. Покажу Ростов таким, какой он есть — степенным и в то же время бурлящим жизнью. В колоритных двориках, на пестром базаре и возле купеческих домов расскажу, как городу удалось сохранить самобытную атмосферу. А плавное течение Тихого Дона напомнит о легендах и богатой истории нашего края.

Исторические лики Ростова
Каких только определений не удостаивался Ростов-на-Дону за свои почти три столетия: от «маленькой Москвы» и «Азовского Ливерпуля» до «Южно-русского Чикаго» и «города-купца». Были другие прозвища, и их разнообразие — отражение его истории. На прогулке разберёмся, чем была притягательна донская земля и кто создавал, ныне крупный и современный, Ростов-на-Дону.

Обсудим, является ли он казачьим, есть ли связь в его названии с Ростовом Великим и какое отношение имеет к Ростову-на-Дону ушедший в историю армянский Нахичевань-на-Дону. Также вы узнаете о тяготах военных лет и событиях, вдохновивших А. Твардовского на строки: «И слава первого удара — Ростов навеки за тобой».

Памятные и знаковые места города
Вы ощутите контраст шумных центральных проспектов с тишиной старых улочек, аллей парка и пешеходного Пушкинского бульвара. Прогуляетесь по старейшему проспекту города — Будённовскому. Увидите единственный цирк в России прямоугольной формы, памятники основателю русского кино Александру Ханжонкову и «Солнечному клоуну» Олегу Попову. Я расскажу, как судьбы этих замечательных людей связаны с Ростовом.

Позже вы пройдёте по главной улице — Большой Садовой — и познакомитесь с её многогранной архитектурой, создающей неповторимый облик города. «Наша Большая Садовая сделает честь любому европейскому городу», — так похвалялись в былые времена ростовские купцы. Здесь вы увидите фамильные купеческие дома и старинные особняки.

Атмосферные уголки
Вы заглянете в аутентичные дворики с наружными металлическими лестницами и пролётами. Пройдёте по лабиринту старых дворов. Посетите торговые ряды Старого базара — настоящее «сердце» города — удивительное место с колоритом южного рынка, воздух которого наполнен ароматами донского изобилия. Здесь можно купить всё, чем славится наш край, а после его посещения говорят: «Ярко, вкусно, сочно!».

Затем вы спуститесь на набережную, одну из самых красивых и романтичных достопримечательностей города, и понаблюдаете за плавным течением Тихого Дона, слушая легенды и байки из истории города и жизни ростовчан.

Были на экскурсии 10 сентября с гидом Натальей. Сказать, что нам понравилось- это ничего не сказать. Наталья - отличный рассказчик, дает информацию доступно. Показала нам такие места, куда туристы самостоятельно не заходят. Узнали много фактов, которые нигде не прочитать. Два с половиной часа пролетели незаметно. Всем рекомендую.

Пишу отзыв практически спустя год. Наталья, извините, что не сразу. Наталья прекрасный экскурсовод, интересный рассказчик, приятный собеседник. Нам с мужем очень понравилось, хотя прогулка казалась неспешной, но на удивление мы много посмотрели, узнали интересные факты об истории города и горожан. Спасибо!

Были на экскурсии. Очень понравилось! Прошлись по оживлённым и тихим улочкам, колоритным ростовским дворикам (совершенно неожиданным), увидели купеческие и мещанские дома, парк, набережную. Экскурсовод рассказала об истории города, казаках, Великой Отечественной войне, Петре 1, Елизавете... Прекрасно провели время, узнали много интересного👍. Очень эрудированный и знающий своё дело экскурсовод. Спасибо большое!
