Описание

Выборг издавна славится мастерами. Я расскажу о средневековых каменщиках и кузнецах, познакомлю с шедеврами северного модерна и искусными работами современников. В гончарной мастерской вы сможете поучаствовать в создании керамики. Кроме того, в атмосферном заведении вас угостят лучшим глёгом в городе, а в Усадьбе бюргера расскажут о легендарном кренделе.

Что вас ожидает

Город мастеров
От Старой Ратуши вы пройдете по мощеным улочкам, рассматривая следы ремесла прошлых веков — булыжных дел мастеров, каменщиков (средневековые дома) и кузнецов (декоративные детали на домах былых эпох). Позже я покажу колоритные лавочки с изделиями современных ремесленников. Кроме того, поговорим об исторически предназначенном месте торговли мастеров всех веков — Рыночной площади. А за пределами исторического центра продолжится знакомство с шедеврами северного модерна и интересными скульптурами.

Вкусный тандем Выборга: глёг и крендель
В атмосферном ресторанчике шведской кухни вы сможете взять с собой один из вкуснейших глёгов в Выборге, изготовленный по старинному рецепту. В лавке вкусностей увидите, что производят местные фермеры. В Усадьбе бюргера вы услышите рассказ о буднях средневекового купца и историю происхождения кулинарного символа города — Выборгского кренделя. Здесь и попробовать его можно. Кстати, у нас его пекут по разным рецептам, так как оригинальный рецепт утерян в веках!

Мастер-класс в гончарной мастерской (опционально)
Здесь завершится экскурсия. Вы погрузитесь в интереснейший процесс создания неповторимого гончарного изделия из куска обычной, на первый взгляд, глины. И унесете с собой частичку тепла и добра, которая еще долго будет откликаться в душе приятными воспоминаниями.

После подачи заявки сообщили, что ищут экскурсовода, нашелся он в ночь перед экскурсией. Содержание экскурсии абсолютно не соответствует заявленной программе. Выбрали экскурсию по описанию, думали, что детям будет интересно про ремесленников и кулинарию. На наш взгляд экскурсовод был либо не профессионален , либо не является экскурсоводом! Чтобы было понятно слушатели были от 60 до 5 лет и не одного слушателя экскурсовод не заинтересовал. Потому что общие фразы: о том как ломали памятник Петру первому, Кнуту и обратно ставили, о том, что шведы и финны были в городе, будут интересны скажем так людям нам тяжело предположить какого возраста и развития. Цитаты из экскурсии: « посмотрите какой гранит», «здесь вырубили дорогу, чтобы в граните была дорога» и.т.д. Гончарная мастерская, как заявленная опция, вовсе, как сказали «на текущий момент» не предоставляется. Но гончарная мастерская это не главное. Когда хочется услышать хоть что-то интересное. Дети бы с удовольствием послушали про ремесленников! Как заявлено в программе. Когда спросил вы можете рассказать про ремесленников и земледельцев - нам ответили - надо было идти в замок и там есть кузня, ну а мы куда то туда поедем.

9 мая 2025 года мы ходили на экскурсию по старому Выборгу. Экскурсовод Ирина прекрасно владеет материалом, узнали много нового и интересного. Экскурсия длилась два часа, и хотя было довольно-таки прохладно, мы не заметили как прошло время.

Были на экскурсии Вкус истории: ремесла и гастрономия Выборга в один из дней празднования дня рождения города. Огоромное спасибо Ирине за увлекательный рассказ о средневековом Выборге, его истории и традициях. Очень многое узнали о визитной карточке Выборга - кренделе и напитке глёг, после экскурсии попробовали их в рекомендованных Ириной заведениях. Все понравилось. Погуляли по старинным улочкам, услышали городские легенды, узнали как жили коренные жители города. Ирина очень увлекательно рассказывала, погружала в исторические события, отвечала на все вопросы. У нее достаточно громкий голос, все было прекрасно слышно даже если немного отойти чтобы сделать фотографии тех мест, которые мы посещали. За два с небольшим часа мы обошли территорию средневекового Выборга, экскурсия прошла легко, устать не успели. Экскурсия очень понравилась, рекомендую Ирину, как отличного знающего и любящего свой город экскурсовода.
