Описание

Всего за три часа вы осмотрите места притяжения Екатеринбурга и попробуете его на вкус. На неутомительной прогулке по Историческому скверу мы обсудим самые яркие страницы истории города. А затем в одном из лучших кафе Екатеринбурга вы освоите лепку уральских пельменей в компании су-шефа. Ведь город остаётся неисследованным, пока не раскрыт секрет местной кухни!

Что вас ожидает

Главное в Екатеринбурге за час
Первая часть нашей прогулки — обзорное знакомство с уральской столицей. За час мы успеем осмотреть ключевые достопримечательности Екатеринбурга: увидим памятник отцам-основателям (я расскажу, почему у Екатеринбурга их двое), окруженный легендами дом чиновника Севастьянова, часовню Святой Екатерины, здание Горной аптеки и главный водосброс плотины. Вы узнаете, где находится Капсула времени и когда её вскроют, пройдете по Минералогической аллее, разглядите Каслинский чугунный павильон и выставку техники под открытым небом. А еще отыщем работы современных художников, которые органично включены в историческую среду города.

Лепим пельмени по-уральски!
Нагуляв аппетит, отправимся в уютный ресторан рядом с красивым видом на Екатеринбургский оперный театр. Здесь под руководством су-шефа заведения вы освоите разные виды лепки пельменей, а также хинкали, равиоли и других изделий из теста.
А затем, разумеется, оцените результат: после мастер-класса всё будет приготовлено и подано вам со сметаной.
Также мы можем предложить вам мастер-класс по лепке калачей.

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость входит экскурсия по городу и мастер-класс с су-шефом. Вы освоите основы лепки нескольких видов изделий из теста с начинкой из национальных кухонь разных народов.
  • Всё, что вы изготовите на мастер-классе, будет тут же сварено для вас и подано с разными соусами. Дополнительно вы можете заказать блюда из меню кафе (средний чек 600-800 рублей).
  • По вашей просьбе я сделаю фото в любом месте, которое вам понравится. Не стесняйтесь просить об этом!

Отличная экскурсия и мастер-класс. Светлана супер человек. Мы опоздали на полчаса на экскурсию, но она вошла в наше положение и всë получилось просто замечательно. Очень интересно рассказывает о городе, любит свою работу на 1000%.В общем советую всем безоговорочно, кстати пельмешки получились очень вкусные.

Огромное спасибо Светлане. подготовленная очень с микрофонами, в наушниками с позитивом и теплотой. Очень интересно говорила о городе, истории. Финалом экскурсии стало уникальное место, где нам провели мастер-класс по приготовлению пельменей. в рассказе гида немного не хватило рассказа - почему Уральские пельмени, чем отличие от других и прочего по теме экскурсии...

Было интересно и познавательно. Светлана прекрасный рассказчик, с отличным чувством юмора. Ну конечно же Гуля - шеф-повар, провела веселый мастер-класс. Пельмешки удались. Хорошее завершение вечера.
