Наш город помнит величие королевских пиров, шедевры ресторатора 17 века, ароматы русских кухмистерских и кулинарные оттенки финского периода. Богатое наследие Выборга раскроется для вас в истории гастрономии и вкусах былых эпох.

Что вас ожидает

  • Шведский Выборг, основанный рыцарями-крестоносцами в 1293 году, изначально был знаменит обилием различных товаров, продуктов, специй, которые «приплывали» в город из самых разных стран. Вы узнаете, как развивалась кухня в эпоху средневекового Выборга.
  • Попробуете пышку в знаменитом доме купца Маркелова, погружаясь в развитие русских кухмистерских: вспомним историю суворовской каши и сибирского пельменя.
  • А завершим нашу вкусную прогулку финским обедом в очаровательной частичке Великого княжества Финляндского в составе Российской империи, уютно разместившейся на территории пивзавода 19 века.

Но от гастро в экскурсии ничего) Я бы посоветовала переименовать экскурсию, чтобы не вводить туристов в заблуждение.

Начну с дегтя. Эту экскурсию мы выбрали по названию и описанию раздела «что вас ожидает». Она должна была стать второй за день после утренней прогулки по Монрепо, поэтому для проголодавшейся компании экскурсия «Выборг: вкусы разных эпох и культур» подходила идеально. Но остались мы не солоно хлебавши… Уважаемые организаторы, если уж вы предлагаете подобную экскурсию в дни максимального наплыва туристов в Выборг, позаботьтесь о брони столиков согласно заявленным в описании экскурсии местам питания. Экскурсию мы бронировали не накануне и количество участников вы знали заранее. А если у вас нет договоренностей с кафе и ресторанами, упомянутыми в разделе «что вас ожидает», не надо проводить подобные экскурсии в загруженные туристами периоды. Теперь мёд. Замечательный экскурсовод Демьян – поставленный голос, живая манера изложения фактов (или не очень фактов:)), интересный рассказ с юмором и использованием дополнительных материалов. Талант Демьяна скрасил нашу «гастрономическую» прогулку по вечереющему зимнему Выборгу. Резюме: не доверяйте разделу «что вас ожидает» и обязательно посетите экскурсию, где гидом будет Демьян – получите массу положительных эмоций.

Наш экскурсовод, Демьян, оказался не просто профессионалом, но и настоящим другом на один день. Его душевность и открытость сразу расположили нас к нему. Демьян с легкостью отвечал на все наши вопросы, делясь интересными фактами и историями о Выборге. Его чувство юмора добавляло экскурсии особый шарм, и мы не заметили, как пролетело время. Даже мороз не смог испортить наше впечатление — настолько увлекательной и теплой была атмосфера. Спасибо за незабываемую прогулку! Обязательно порекомендуем вас всем друзьям и знакомым!

Спасибо за любовь к Выборгу! Это была последняя экскурсия в эту поездку! Более крутого завершающего аккорда не может и быть. Демьян словно добавил новых красок городу и нашей поездке! Спасибо, и до новых встреч!
