Описание

Хотите познакомиться с Саратовом с новой стороны? На этой прогулке, безусловно, не обойдётся без знакомства со старинной архитектурой и историей. Но главное — еда! Обсудим, что, как и где ели жители города раньше. Увидим гастрономические достопримечательности и заглянем в кофейню, где вы лично оцените калачи и пирожные.

Что вас ожидает

Гуляем по Саратову
Отправимся на неспешную прогулку по центру города и познакомимся с его визитными карточками:

  • пройдёмся сразу по двум пешеходным улицам
  • заглянем на главную площадь города, бывшую когда-то крупной базарной площадью
  • отыщем дома знатных мукомолов
  • посмотрим на старинные купеческие особняки и торговые здания
  • найдём очень необычный для Саратова дом
  • прогуляемся по зданию рынка, который сто лет назад был самым большим в России (если попадём к рынку в часы его работы)

А по пути гид расскажет об истории города и известных личностях, связанных с ним.

От калачей до кофе
Конечно, поговорим и о еде — разберёмся, почему саратовский калач не похож на другие и зачем на него садились люди. Раскроем секрет волжской окрошки и саратовских пирогов. Найдём чайный переулок и самый старинный магазин города.

В конце отправимся в гости к мукомолам и кофеманам. Расположимся в уютной кофейне и попробуем саратовский калач и пирожное «Волга».

Елизавета подстраивалась под нюансы моего расписания и интересы, из-за этого изменила немного маршрут (по моей просьбе), а по окончании экскурсии, уже вне ее времени, помогла мне добраться до нужного места. Выбрали данную экскурсию, тк оба интересуемся гастрономией, кулинарией. Интересно было получить общее представление о городе и его истории, но всё же углубиться в кулинарные моменты. В итоге мы получили очень много исторических сведений и около 25% максимум - "гастрономических". На рынок успели чудом (а это место было для нас одним из важнейших в экскурсии, о чем мы говорили экскурсоводу в начале). Т.к. экскурсовод не знала точно, до которого часа он работает. Не очень понятно, то ли описание экскурсии на сайте не соответствует плану, то ли экскурсовод больше сосредоточилась на истории города и архитектуре. Бар, который упоминается в описании, и вовсе оказался закрыт... осталось легкое чувство разочарования от несоответствия заявленному.

Большое спасибо, Михаилу как руководителю и огромная благодарность нашему гиду Елизавете за шикарную экскурсию история и вкусы Саратова! Было очень интересно и с любовью рассказано про исторические здания и значимые места города!!!

Экскурсию проводила Елизавета, нам очень понравилось. Гид хорошо подстраивалась под наше настроение, отвечала на разнообразные вопросы, даже не относящиеся к теме экскурсии. Мы узнали как об истории Саратова и губернии, так и о кулинарных традициях. Увидели много современных кофеен, кафе и ресторанов. После окончания экскурсии самостоятельно посетили рекомендованный нам ресторан "Осьминог" - очень достойное место для любителей морепродуктов.
