Описание

На собственной пасеке в селе Чайсубани я покажу вам кусочек аутентичной Грузии. Вы увидите, как можно дружить с труженицами-пчелами, и узнаете, как отличить настоящий мед от подделок. Я отведу вас по маршруту местных через парк Мтирала, где мы погуляем среди субтропических растений и даже перейдем реку вброд. А в завершение отдохнем на простом, но душевном обеде из грузинских блюд.

Что вас ожидает

Правильные пчелы и правильный мед
Заинтересовавшись пчеловодством, я решил разобраться в тонкостях этого ремесла и узнал об обратной стороне производства меда: о чем вам никогда не расскажут продавцы. Мы прогуляемся по моему цветущему саду и увидим, как пчелы живут в условиях, максимально приближенных к естественным. Я расскажу, как выстроить гармоничное сотрудничество с этими удивительными тружениками. Здесь вы протестируете несколько уникальных сортов местного мёда, научитесь распознавать натуральный природный мед и сможете отличать его от подделок: не только в Грузии, но и там, где живете.

Лесная прогулка
Затем я проведу вас в Национальный парк Мтирала по пути, который знают только местные жители. Мы обойдем стороной шумные кафе, прилавки с товарами и машинные стоянки, и вы сможете насладиться естественной красотой этого места. Мы пройдем около 2 километров по живописной дороге среди буйной растительности субтропиков, преодолеем две речки по камням или вброд и окажемся на моей необычной лесной пасеке с кенийскими ульями.

Обед как для своих
В завершение, по желанию, вы сможете пообедать в обычном грузинском доме в деревне — в гостеприимной семье моих добрых соседей. Меню, как в ресторане, не будет: но вас ждет вкусная местная еда, как ее бы приготовили для своих друзей и близких.

Село Чайсубани находится в 15 километрах от Батуми. Добраться до места можно на собственной машине, на автобусе или на такси. Возьмите с собой удобную для лесных прогулок обувь и бутылку с водой.

Шикарная экскурсия! Резко встретишь настолько заинтересованного в теме человека, как Пётр! Много узнали про мёд, про его индустриальное изготовлением и пр. 3,5 часа слушали про тему, которая до этой экскурсии нам была не очень интересна, но, как оказалось, очень важна. Отдельное спасибо за трансфер и обед у Хасана и его супруги, шикарно! Обязательно берите с собой шлепки и купальники, так как придется проходить через реку и при желании можно будет искупаться) Всем рекомендую!

Мы побывали с семьей в гостях у Петра. Эта экскурсия не для всех. Тут нет каких-то переездов, преодолений и интенсива. Это «заземление». Петр рассказывает очень спокойно и вкрадчиво про пчеловодство в мире, как он шел к тому, что делает сейчас. Много интересных фактов про наших маленьких соседей. Вы узнаете как отличить настоящий мед от аналогов. Почувствуете его вкус. Мы много какого меда перепробовали, но такой - впервые. Сходу мы ощутили разницу. Далее прогулка до пасеки в эпицентре природы. Мы правда так и не дошли-надо было брать с собой шлепки или кроксы, чтобы пройти несколько речек вброд. Одну прошли и это стало одним из самых запоминающихся событий экскурсии для нас) особенно, для сына) воды хоть и по щиколотку, но все равно это большое маленькое приключение. Как дополнительная услуга-трансфер до места проведения экскурсии и обратно в Батуми. Цена как такси. Можно заказать обед в семье, с которой Петр дружен-очень вкусно, гостеприимно и по-домашнему. В общем, это необычная экскурсия. Она заставляет остановиться и осмотреться по сторонам. Задуматься. То, почему и чем занимается Петр многим может показаться непонятным в моменте, но для будущего он делает очень большое дело. Если не мы это оценим, то наши дети и внуки точно.

Здесь уже есть очень подробное описание,как проходит экскурсия, мне добавить нечего) Напишу впечатления: очень "не туристическая" подача, как будто пришли в гости к другу. Всё по-настоящему, очень душевно. Пётр один из тех людей, кто спасает этот мир... После общения, начинаешь думать, что может у нас ещё есть шанс на сосуществование с природой без её уничтожения...

Съездил вчера на одну из самых необычных экскурсий за свою уже достаточно долгую жизнь. Название её мне не понравилось, об этом я писал выше, но сам ивент, подача, организация и наполнение - просто удивили. Утром за нами прислали авто «Линкольн», отвезли в село Чайсубани к очень необычному и интересному человеку по имени Пётр. Он ведёт аскетический образ жизни, живёт на своём купленном много лет тому назад участке земли в маленьком деревянном домике и занимается …спасением пчёл на планете Земля, знаком с людьми из ассоциации естественного пчеловодства России, общается и обменивается информацией с такими же одержимыми людьми в России и во всём мире, занятыми этим же делом. Ликом он похож первоверховного апостола с русских православных икон, зовут его так же, как самого апостола - Пётр, я в шутку назвал эту экскурсию «Апостол и остолопы». Было нас всего четыре человека, оптимальный состав для мероприятий такого рода, и все мы уже были знакомы между собой. Сначала Пётр прочитал нам интересную и необычную лекцию о пчёлах, некоторые факты были мне неизвестны, впечатление было двояким: стоит перед тобой нестарый ещё человек и говорит о для меня лично необыкновенных фактах из жизни пчёл на всей планете, о которых догадаться невозможно, если только специально этим не заниматься. Лекцию он нам читал в субтропическом лесу под шум дождя и пение птиц в лекционном зале, огороженном бамбуковыми палками, прямо в саду. Продолговатые расписные ящики на фото - это кенийские ульи, в которые Пётр селит рои и позволяет им вести природный образ жизни без вмешательства человека. Своей целью Пётр ставит возвращение серой кавказской пчелы и чёрной пчелы европейской в естественную природную среду. Сказать, что я был удивлён - ничего не сказать! Человек добывает средства для себя и своих пчёл только экскурсиями - не так уж и частыми и реализацией настоящего мёда, о котором знают только специалисты и увлечённые фанаты, покупает рои по 60 - 70 долларов и выпускает их на свободу. За последние десятилетия ситуация на планете с пчёлами ухудшилась настолько, что в Европе чёрная европейская пчела занесена в красную книгу. Пересказывать содержание двухчасовой лекции смысла нет, а после того, как Пётр рассказал о методах борьбы с клещами пчёл на территории стран СНГ, остался один вопрос: как с этой информацией жить дальше? Ведь то, что делают с пчёлами, легкои просто экстраполируется и на всё птицеводство, животноводство и прочие сферы, связанные с пищевой прромышленностью. Лектор рассказал нам некоторые истории из жизни бройлеров. Птичку жалко! Пётр сам выучил английский по учебникам, к нему ездят люди - спасатели пчёл из разных стран, он читает на этом языке специальные литературу и периодику. Особым откровением это для меня не было, но факты из жизни пчёл, естественно, мне известны не были. Мёд, полученный промышленным пчеловодством, оказывается есть практически нельзя, а его аллергенные свойства объясняются далеко не всегда его полифлёрностью. Во время лекционной части Пётр проводит дегустацию медов, полученных методом естественного пчеловодства. Могу признаться под любой присягой, что вкуснее и ароматнее медов в своей жизни я никогда не пробовал. В кенийских ульях рамки не ставятся, они в разрезе трапециевидные, пчёлы сами формируют «языки» из сотов из вырабатываемого ими же воска. От клещей ульи Пётр обрабатывает природными средствами. Всего не рассказать, но я только «порадовался» своему СД2 и рекомендациям резко ограничить потребление сладостей. Все едим финики! А там - кто знает, что это за фрукт и как его выращивали? На двух фото есть представители местной фауны. Это была только присказка, сказка впереди! И у вас будут и присказка, и сказка, если вы приедете в гости к Петру, это надо увидеть, почувствовать, ощутить и попытаться проникнуться таким человечески-человечным необычным, непривычным, но делом жизни одного отдельно взятого человека. На планете Земля… Наверное, Пётр - подвижник, ему я поверил сразу, иных настоящих и без двойного дна я и не видел, были всё какие-то кликуши, ряженые, мошенники и прислужники Мамоны…

Безгә экскурсия бик ошады. Барысы да кызыклы, җылы һәм күңелле булды. Бал да бик тәмле! Хасанга тәмле кичке аш өчен аерым рәхмәт. Петр экологик умартачылыкка җитди һәм кыю карашы белән безне бик рухландырды. Зур рәхмәт! Нам очень понравилась экскурсия. Всё было интересно, тепло и приятно. Мёд тоже очень вкусный! Особая благодарность Хасану за вкусный ужин. Петр очень вдохновил нас своим серьёзным и смелым подходом к экологическому пчеловодству. Большое спасибо!
