Описание

Благородные хвойно-морские пейзажи, мягкий климат и близость к Петербургу сделали Терийоки на рубеже 19-20 вв. крупнейшим дачным поселком на побережье. Вы отправитесь в уголок старинной застройки, где сохранился колорит довоенного курорта, познакомитесь с историей загородных владений и услышите о знаменитых дачниках.

Что вас ожидает

«Тот самый» дачный Терийоки
Гуляя от центра Зеленогорска до моря, по восточной части района, вы осмотрите заброшенные строения, затерянные во времени. Узнаете, как застраивалось северное побережье Финского залива и формировался климатический курорт, где так любили отдыхать в прошлом жители Северной столицы. Услышите о русских революционерах, композиторах и ученых. Кроме того, изучая эти места, вы не только откроете интересные страницы истории, но и внесете вклад в сохранение дачного заповедника Оллинпяя.

В нашей программе: садоводство Борисова и терийокская община в Ярвенпяя, мим-театр «Шкиды» и дом Войтинского, «империя Захарова» и Сергей Прокофьев, Дом творчества «Архитектор» (современные постройки и дача Богданова), Лепомяки и Тойволова гора, «дача Кшесинской», источник, рыбацкий район и памятник Герценштейну. А также дивная дача Кинга у моря, «каменный пляж», вилла Айнола и история Раймонды Дьен.

Организационные детали

  • Все дачи осматриваются внешне, посещается Дом творчества «Архитектор» (там есть кафе, куда можно будет зайти перекусить)
  • Протяжённость маршрута — около 6,5 км, есть небольшой подъём. Пожалуйста, оценивайте свои силы
  • Место окончания экскурсии — Приморское ш., 516, на автобусной остановке
  • Экскурсию для вас проведу я или другой гид из нашей команды

Очень довольна, что попала на эту экскурсию. Это были три самых спокойных, умиротворенных и насыщенных часа. С экскурсоводом Мариной мы под неспешную беседу совершили променад по потрясающе зелёным улицам части Сестрорецка, полюбовались природой, интересными видами дач, подышали вольным воздухом Финского залива. Незабываемые впечатления!

Мы гуляли по дачным местам Зеленогорска с Глебом. Исключительно эрудированный гид, широко образованный, доброжелательный. Немного устали, но получили огромное удовольствие от экскурсии. Почувствовали атмосферу дачной жизни прошлого века. Рекомендуем!

Прекрасная экскурсия для любителей архитектуры и истории. Маршрут хорошо продуман, информация структурирована. Не нудно, не заумно, но содержательно. Благодарю Глеба за путешествие по району и эпохам, а так же за ответственность и предупредительность!
