У меня психологическое образование и работа гида, поэтому я знаю, что самая благодарная форма экскурсии — диалог. Какие эмоции и чувства у вас вызывает живопись? Может, она повлияет на вас, что-то прояснит в вашей жизни? Вас ждёт не искусствоведческая экскурсия, но личный бережный разговор-исследование: за это время вы лучше узнаете шедевры — и себя.

Что вас ожидает

Русский музей и Вы
Переходя из зала в зал музея, вы минуете столетия, вы наблюдаете, как менялась жизнь, предпочтения, чаяния общества. Через картины до нас доходят чувства и эмоции 100- и 200-летней давности. Но так ли забыты и пройдены эти идеи? Может, они поддержат вас, ответят на ваши внутренние вопросы? Тем, кто готов подумать об этом, я предлагаю экскурсию в форме диалога — о вас на примере истории искусства.

Как это будет?
Есть возможность провести нашу встречу в двух вариантах — если вы хотите больше времени провести у картин и скорее поговорить о картинах, то мы пройдём по залам первого и второго этажа (от нашей скорости будет зависеть количество залов и картин) — можно обсудить шедевры Древней Руси, 18 век, академическую живопись первой половины 19 века, работы художников-передвижников.

Вы поделитесь своими ассоциациями, что вам важно и интересно в той или другой картине. В конце мы соберём ваши впечатления и поймём, что получилось и как это относится к вам.

Второй вариант более глубокий и терапевтический — в начале встречи вы рисуете рисунок (арт-терапия), мы его обсуждаем и далее идём к картинам. Обычно получается посмотреть 2-5 картин, но это будет именно терапевтическая работа, как на психологической консультации, направленная на более глубокое понимание вашей жизненной ситуации.

Кому подойдёт экскурсия

  • Людям, которые готовы говорить о своих эмоциях и переживаниях. Если вы хотите только искусствоведческую информацию, то это предложение вам не подойдёт
  • Тем, у кого есть запрос по поводу проблемы, ситуации (перед экскурсией я предложу вам сформулировать его)
  • Это очень личная программа, поэтому, пожалуйста, подумайте, готовы ли вы и тот, кого вы пригласили, быть откровенными. Не смутит ли это вас или вашего спутника. Возможно, лучше получить этот опыт индивидуально

  • Пожалуйста, предупредите в переписке с гидом о своём желании провести программу в более терапевтическом варианте
  • Билеты в Русский музей оплачиваются дополнительно: 700 ₽ — взрослые, 500 ₽ — школьники от 14 лет, студенты и пенсионеры, 200 ₽ — дети 7-13 лет. Дети до 7 лет и инвалиды I и II группы — бесплатно
  • Купить билеты лучше на официальном сайте музея заранее на выбранное время, иначе билетов может не оказаться
  • За билет гида доплата 700 ₽ при встрече
  • Экскурсия проходит только в здании Михайловского дворца (коллекция до 1917 года)

Это был мой первый опыт Арт терапии) и мне очень откликнулось. шла без какого либо запроса, было просто интересно попробовать. Оказалось это не просто интересно, а потрясающе и восхитительно интересно. Алина большой профессионал в своей профессии! Как неожиданно, что через картины можно много чего из себя извлеч, проговорить, в себе понять, принять как рекомендацию, подумать. Вобщем очень Рекомендую! Это было восхитительно, почти два часа пролетели незаметно и даже не хотелось расставаться с Алиной, она была мой проводник в саму себя! Я , Искусство и Алина! Алина я вам желаю всего самого доброго и светлого!
