Описание
Будапешт выглядит так, как выглядела бы Европа, если бы не началась Первая мировая война. Другие столицы перестроились, сменили ритм жизни, фасады зданий... Будапешт же сохранил всё — от великолепных дворцов до дверных ручек и почтовых ящиков. Как же случился этот «золотой век»? Как не самая передовая страна силами одного поколения создала столь торжественный и одновременно уютный город? Об этом моя экскурсия.
Что вас ожидает
На Буду мы лишь взглянем с набережной Дуная — гулять же будем по Пешту. Весь его центр был застроен в конце 19 века. Именно на это время, точнее на 1896 год, пришёлся главный праздник страны — Тысячелетие обретения родины. Мы можем совместить посещение разных локаций или сосредоточиться на главных пунктах:
- здание Оперы
- проспект Андраши
- первая в Европе станция метро
- базилика Святого Иштвана
- Венгерский Парламент
По желанию мы можем отправиться на площадь Героев на старинном метро, чтобы увидеть замок Вайдахуньяд, купальни Сечени, цирк, зоопарк, пруд, фонтаны и в придачу — летающий над парком воздушный шар.
В середине экскурсии зайдём в одну из старинных пештских кофеен — и ради паузы, и чтобы примерить на себя стиль и дух «золотого века».

Обширность знаний гида не вызывает сомнений, но мы не совпали по стилю и манере подачи информации. Большая часть материала подается через городские легенды-байки-прибаутки. Также рекомендуем заранее уточнить с гидом программу экскурсии (наш маршрут отличался), какие дополнительные расходы потребуются (заход в кафе и Базилику оплачивали отдельно сверх стоимости экскурсии). Кафе оказалось отличное, кстати, особенно если десерты - ваша тема.

Анна изумительный рассказчик; она не просто излагает информацию, но и делает нас активными участниками. 4х-часовая экскурсия пролетела на одном дыхании, но осталась с нами надолго, мы до сих пор обсуждаем истории и культуру Венгрии. Общение с Анной восхищает и заставляет думать. Не пропустите!
