На этой тематической экскурсии вы узнаете, как он менялся, откроете архитектурные секреты и по-новому взглянете на тихий провинциальный город с богатой историей.

Прогулка пройдет в сердце древнего Городца. Вы рассмотрите усадьбу купца Облаева (ныне Краеведческий музей) и узнаете, зачем он «переодел» каменный фасад главного дома. Раскроете, почему у китов на знаменитых резных воротах панинской усадьбы есть чешуя, и научитесь отличать подлинные чугунные крылечки завода Кузнецова от современных копий.

Галина идеальный гид - знает историю своего города и очень его любит. Много делает для сохранения исторического ландшафта и архитектуры. Нам очень понравилось и хотелось погулять с ней по Городцу еще.

Очень хотелось узнать про Городец именно со стороны его прекрасных улиц. Почему наличники и как удалось всё это сохранить до наших дней, приумножить и привлекать этим туристов?! Всё это мы и услышали из рассказа Галины. Ничего лишнего, никаких дат, всё по факту от интересного рассказчика, который непосредственно занимается восстановлением, сохранением и продвижением красоты домов.

Благодарим Галину за познавательную экскурсию, мы познакомились с модными домами крестьян и купцов середины 19 века и начала 20ого, узнали как украшали дома в то время, как строили и перестраивали… экскурсия тематическая и особо ценно, что Галина местный житель, увлеченный этой темой …. Огромное спасибо Галине за эту прогулку - очень интересный рассказ, с большой любовью нам все показали, рассказали. Городец открылся нам - с его прекрасными домами, наличниками, историями о его жителях - прошлых и настоящих. Время экскурсии прошло незаметно. Спасибо Галине и ее волонтерам, и вообще всем жителям Городца за то, что стараются его сохранить, восстановить и развивать, сохраняя его аутентичность и красоту.
