Описание
Чтобы испечь лучшие пипаркукас, ты должен найти свой рецепт. Это не кулинарное правило — это девиз нашей рождественской прогулки! Будем пробовать на вкус зимнюю Ригу. Рождество в Риге — это не только снег, свечи, елка, подарки, но и обязательно глинтвейн, утка, серый горох и пипаркукас. Пипаркукас — печенье с перчинкой, рецепт которого передается из поколения в поколение. Его запах начинается в декабре с первым снегом. Мы попробуем все возможные варианты печенья и прикупим теста, чтобы дома вспомнить аромат Рождества и угостить им своих близких. А я расскажу вам об особенностях латышской кухни.
Что вас ожидает
- Начнем прогулку с винного бара на одной из самых красивых улиц Риги, полной Югендстиля. Здесь мы попробуем глинтвейн, потому что зимой холодно и темно, а после глинтвейна тепло и светло. И много глинтвейна зимой не бывает. И у каждого хозяина свой глинтвейн. И после глинтвейна так приятно пройтись по свежему, морозному городу и рассмотреть все вокруг. До следующего глинтвейна, на следующей улице, или в парке, или в пассаже.
- По дороге я покажу вам места, куда вы можете заглянуть после нашей прогулки. Кто знает, где самый вкусный глинтвейн? А к глинтвейну и закуска подается соответствующая, зимняя, сытная, латышская. Все лучшие рестораны и даже маленькие кафешки готовят рождественское меню, и я дам вам все явки и пароли!
- А уже вечер. Зимой почти весь день — вечер. И нужно обязательно попасть на какой-нибудь концерт или посмотреть хороший фильм. Ну, в крайнем случае, накупить кучу подарков любимым. Шерстяные носки и шапки, свечи и скатерти, мед и чай, деревянные игрушки и стеклянная бижутерия. Рига — город Мастеров. Я посоветую, где и как это сделать в лучших рождественских традициях. И непременно со вкусом праздника!

Удивительно, что в мире информационных технологий информация весьма сжата и не полноценна.И за счет таких экскурсий город действительно воспринимается по-другому, он стал для меня по настоящему вкусным, и абсолютно точно красочным. Сухая датированность давно ушла лишь в векипидеческие и открытые данные сети Интернет, а вот драйва от самого города -это уже редкость!!!!Нужно отметить , что у Виктории не только хороший вкус,но и просто нереальная энергетика,которую она абсолютно четко и уверено передала мне. Всё было чудесно. 3 часа прогулки по историческому центру, кафешки. Рекомендую.
