Центральный рынок: буйство вкусов и цветов
Мы отправимся на Центральный рынок Будапешта, построенный в 19 веке. Полюбуемся его архитектурой с неоготическими элементами и продегустируем местные деликатесы: колбасы, сыры. Вместе удивимся разнообразию их форм, вкусов, размеров и способов производства. А еще вы услышите занимательные факты и легенды: о милой шерстяной свинке, о «мохнатых венграх» и о бородатом мужчине на дунайской волне.

Пешт и гастрономические специалитеты
Вы неторопливо прогуляетесь по нетуристическим переулкам Старого Пешта, продолжая параллельно знакомиться с самобытной венгерской кухней. Так, мы обязательно попробуем хурку — местную разновидность ливерной колбасы, которую любят бедные и богатые, взрослые и дети. А также отведаем лангош — обжаренную в кипящем масле лепешку. Чаще всего ее подают с чесночным соусом, сметаной и сыром. Завершит наше гастрономическое приключение глоток разливного целебного хунгарика.

Прекрасно разрабо анный маршрут. К сожалению подкачала гид, очень простая бедная женщина, которая всё время думала как сэкономить. Ничего интересного не смогла рассказать про рынок, про производство местных деликатесов. Она искренне заботилась о нас туристах на своём уровне. Принесла нарезку вкусных сыров с собой в контейнерах. К сожалению просто деньги на ветер. Самое важное в экскурсии - это отд и впечатления. Лучше самим было погулять по рынку.

Отличная прогулка по центральному Пешту с остановками на разные дегустации. Связующее звено - ликёр Unicum - очень даже помогает восприятию и наслаждению. Огромное дегустационное блюдо колбас, набор сыров, langos, kürtőskalács (известный в славянских языках как трдельник), фуа-гра со стаканчиком Токая, hurka - весьма разнообразный и интересный ассортимент попробованной еды. Масса информации от гида про Венгрию, её историю и культуру, включая полезные рекоммендации, куда сходить и что посмотреть.

Экскурсию проводила Лена, я узнала от нее много нового, интересного и удивительного о стране и ее обычаях. Информация легко запоминалась, была иллюстрирована видео и фото. Заявленное время экскурсии пролетело незаметно.

Мы провели незабываемые 3 часа гуляя по центральному рынку и центру Будапешта. Елена скорректировала маршрут исходя из наших гастрономических и культурных интересов. Она замечательный рассказчик. Экскурсия была не заученным текстом, а живым рассказом с множеством отсылок к истории, традициям, культурным событиям и личному опыту. Внимание: ни в коем случае не обедайте перед экскурсией!!! :)
