Описание

Винодельня, на которую мы едем, небольшая. Объёмы производства скромные, ведь главная цель — качество. Вы сами в этом убедитесь! Много ручного труда, свои виноградники и тщательный контроль — рецепт отличного вина. Вы узнаете, какое вино любили европейские короли 19 века, сколько стоит дубовая бочка и и может ли звучать недостроенный орган.

Винодельня: быт 18 века и запрет на оливки с дерева
В новой части винодельни устраивают дегустации и банкеты. А старая была домом основателя этого места. Мы покажем вам инструменты для сельского хозяйства и предметы быта зажиточной семьи 18 века. Расскажем, почему нельзя есть оливки с дерева и как быстро согреть постель зимой.

Виноградники: мода и пакетики
Погуляем и обсудим, как розы помогают бороться с вредителями и как работает мода в мире вина. Вы узнаете, почему местный виноград не надо поливать и зачем надевать пакетик на растущую на лозе гроздь. А ещё — как одна невзрачная моль почти уничтожила виноградники южной Европы, а Аликанте безумно разбогател на этом.

Производство и дегустация
Полный цикл — от приёмника для свежесобранного винограда до бутылки. Вы узнаете — как, что и зачем, что определяет уровень будущего вина и из чего складывается цена. А ещё — сколько стоит дубовая бочка и что такое доля ангела.

Сможете попробовать три сорта вин и пообедать в местном ресторане. На дегустации вы узнаете о способах держать бокал и принципах сочетания вина с едой.

Святилище Марии Магдалены
Зайдём в небольшую церковь на холме — её построили в начале 20 века в стиле модерн. Она напоминает творчество Гауди и не слишком похожа на церковь. И так же, как знаменитая Саграда Фамилия, не была завершена при жизни архитектора.

Внутри святилища — недостроенный орган с трубками из мрамора: если повезёт, услышим его звучание.

  • Для детей нет отдельной программы и дегустации, но они могут сопровождать вас
  • Иногда винодельня бывает закрыта под мероприятия, поэтому, пожалуйста, бронируйте экскурсию заранее

  • Вход на винодельню: €11 за чел. (вариант с дегустацией и закусками — €20 за чел.)
  • Обед (по желанию): в среднем €22–30 за чел., есть детское меню. Обед увеличивает продолжительность экскурсии на 1,5 часа и общую стоимость на €40
