Организационные детали

  • При бронировании, пожалуйста, укажите информацию о рейсе, название отеля, имя и фамилию
  • Бесплатное время ожидания — 55 минут со времени посадки самолёта. Оплата ожидания сверх этого времени — €5/час. Мы отслеживаем расписание рейсов.
  • Аэропорт SAW на €15 дороже
  • Стоимость указана для поездки до центра Стамбула и может немного увеличиться (от €4 до €15) в зависимости от удалённости вашего отеля
  • Мы всегда на связи по WhatsApp и вышлем подробную информация за 24 часа до встречи

В целом поездка прошла хорошо. Для нас было важно, чтобы хорошо работала система кондиционирования, так как путешествовали с маленькими ребенком. Однако водитель не охладил салон перед посадкой пассажиров и система охлаждения работала не так эффективно, как могло бы это быть в современном авто. Михаил, организатор перевозки не ответил на все вопросы перед поездкой. До поездки мы не получили информации о марке автомобиля, номере, году выпуска. Хотя задавал уточняющие вопросы и просил на них ответить по два раза. В итоге о параметрах автомобиля узнали во время поездки. Вопросы остались без ответа. Это не понравилось, можно было хотя бы сообщить, что информация об автомобиле появится позднее.

Трансфер из аэропорта прошел нормально, хоть и с небольшими накладками. А вот при заказе обратного, который в итоге пришлось отменить, возникли проблемы

В целом хорошо, но немного пришлось подождать в очереди пока пока паренёк, который проводил нас до такси, пристроил других туристов (видимо, ранее добравшихся до указанной в инструкции точки, обозначенной как встреча с представителем).
