Описание

От Москвы до старинного города в Тверской области — всего 130 км, но уже здесь вы окажетесь в мире настоящей провинциальной России. Мир этот полон приятных сюрпризов, и модерн в Кимрах — один из них. На прогулке я познакомлю вас с образцами стиля, который после моды на него продолжил играть в городе яркими красками деревянной резьбы и дореволюционными архитектурными мотивами.

Что вас ожидает

Архитектурное наследие исторического центра
Гуляя по улице Фадеева, набережной Волги и Театральной площади, вы услышите небольшой рассказ об истории села Кимры и зарождении обувного промысла в одной из «сапожных столиц» России. Разберетесь в устройстве улиц и плане города, рассмотрите старинные фотографии. А на улицах Урицкого, Кирова и Володарского исследуете историческую застройку с особняками и домами в стиле эклектики, модерна, неоклассицизма, неогрека. И непременно задержитесь у яркого домика-теремка Лужина.

Заречье: памятники Вознесенской стороны
Совершив небольшой круговой маршрут по центру, отправимся к мосту через реку Кимрку, приток Волги. Вы увидите символическую встречу старого дореволюционного модерна (дом Теплова) и нового советского (дом врача Жардецкого). На другом берегу погуляете по улице Орджоникидзе, где я покажу старейшее здание города, Вознесенскую церковь, и познакомлю с деревянной застройкой в стиле модерн 20-х гг. А на параллельной улице, Московской, особенно богатой памятниками старины, вы осмотрите дома эпохи НЭПа, многие из которых — также с элементами дореволюционной архитектуры.

  • Экскурсия проходит как в пешеходном, так и в автомобильном формате — на вашей или моей машине
  • По предварительной договоренности я также могу провести для вас экскурсии по городам Тверской области— Калязину, Торжку, Твери, Осташкову
  • Добраться до Кимр из Москвы можно 2 способами:
    1. Электричкой от Савёловского вокзала. Или от любой станции МЦД-1. Конечная остановка — станция Савёлово. Находится в городе Кимры, на правобережной стороне города.
    2. На личном автотранспорте.

Экскурсия нам очень понравилась: было интересно слушать и про историю, и про архитектуру. 5.5 часов выглядит страшно, но пути есть две остановки на туалет и одна на попить чай. Так что по ощущениям получилось как стандартная трехчасовая экскурсия. Мы очень довольны.

11 августа мы были на замечательной экскурсии, которую проводил Никита Щербаков. Мы не первый раз в городе, но так полно познакомиться с историей Кимр мы смогли только сегодня благодаря Никите. Доступная и профессиональная подача материала, неторопливый темп экскурсии, очень теплое и доброжелательное отношение к туристам, возможность во время экскурсии передохнуть и выпить кофе - все это позволяет нам рекомендовать Никиту всем приезжающим в город. Мы в восторге! Никите 100 баллов!

Если бы можно было поставить 10 или даже 100 или тысячу - поставила бы с удовольствием! Это потрясающая, длинная, интереснейшая экскурсия, на которой незаметно пролетает время. Никита отлично рассказывает, планирует время, поскольку зима, заходили греться в разные интересные места. Мои бабушка и дедушка родом из этих мест, мама родилась недалеко от Кимр, но после Великой Отечественной войны все переехали в Москву и связь с малой Родиной к сожалению утратилась. Было очень волнительно вернуться на землю предков и понять, какая архитектурная жемчужина скрывается в Кимрах!!! Обязательно вернусь еще!
