Описание

В путешествии вы увидите, как выращивают самый северный чай в мире, и продегустируете его сорта. Познакомитесь с тонкостями производства сыра и насладитесь им с бокальчиком сухого. Оцените несколько видов мёда и покормите пчёлок на пасеке. А также отведаете медовуху, домашнее вино и чачу.

Чайные плантации в Мацесте
Вы познакомитесь с увлекательной историей рождения самого северного в мире чая. Увидите, как он растёт, и сделаете красочные фото на фоне плантаций. По желанию вы сможете продегустировать чёрный и зелёный чай, а в фирменном магазине при фабрике приобрести оригинальную продукцию.

Частная сыроварня
Любители твёрдых и полутвёрдых сортов сыров наверняка захотят остаться в этом сырном раю. Вы увидите, как изготавливается продукт. Откроете интересные факты о производстве. И попробуете десять видов твёрдого и полутвердого сыра. Вашему вниманию будут представлены: пармезан, чеддер, сбринц, альпийский сыр, грюйер, гауда с розмарином, раклет, трюфельный сыр, козий сыр с белой плесенью, мягкий сыр шевре.

Частная винодельня
Здесь вы сможете продегустировать три вида домашнего вина, чачи и лимончелло. Хозяин винодельни расскажет об особенностях изготовления вина и его употребления. К напиткам будут предложен домашний сыр, орехи, суджук и чурчхела.

По желанию вас будет ждать ужин, приготовленный на углях. Вы сможете попробовать речную форель в румяной корочке, ароматный шашлык с красным соусом или сочный люля-кебаб. К мясу и рыбе подается овощная нарезка и вкуснейший лучок, приготовленный по секретному рецепту повара.

Отлично съездили. Татьяна прекрасный рассказчик. Экскурсия подойдет тем, кто хочет по пути еще и по Сочи послушать информацию. Дегустации идут за доп плату, но и сыр и шашлыки того стоят - было безумно вкусно. Кормить пчел было сначала страшно, но это первые секунды. Они какой-то особенной породы, очень милые, мохнатенькие, мы кайфонули.
