Иногда мы не замечаем интересных деталей, даже когда они на виду. Что уж говорить о неочевидных местах, скрытых за парадными фасадами, в неприметных переулках. А их в столице немало! Я приглашаю вас в путешествие по Мясницкой и её окрестностям — это настоящий кладезь самых разных архитектурных стилей и эпох. Готовы найти отголоски Франции, 40-метровую башню, старинные палаты и другие интересности в самом сердце столицы?

Контрасты по-московски

Сама улица Мясницкая — парадная, она помнит дворян и их усадьбы с колоннами: войдёшь во двор — найдёшь курдонёр. Но стоит свернуть в переулок — а там палаты, как в сказке: с резными наличниками, шатровым крыльцом и теремной крышей «в шахмат». А рядом — французское шато. А за углом — деревянный дом. Шагнёшь в подворотню — а там башня 40 м высотой! Буквально как в басне: «Слона-то мы и не приметили». Но со мной вы точно ничего не пропустите!

Что будет на нашем пути?

🔹 Мы рассмотрим отличительные детали одной из самых старых светских построек в Москве — палат 17 века с всходами, щипцовой крышей, узорными наличниками.

🔹 На примере усадьбы «цвета утренней зари» вы узнаете, как в начале 18 века владельцы перестраивали свои хоромы на европейский лад и что из этого получилось.

🔹 А классическую дворянскую усадьбу предпожарной Москвы увидим в соседнем дворе — в одном из её флигелей Грибоедов писал знаменитую пьесу «Горе от ума».

🔹 У «дома трёх композиторов» я расскажу вам, как Чайковский, Дебюсси и Лист гостили у хозяев усадьбы, а также почему такая усадьба считается плохим доходным домом.

🔹 Какой доходный дом построен по всем правилам — увидим за углом, в Малом Харитоньевском переулке. Доходный дом всем домам доходный дом! И стеклянные кирпичи не пожалели, и кованые решётки в тротуарах — загадочные люксферы. Сам дом — редкой в Москве разновидности «английской готики».

🔹 Пройдём от Мясницкой в Огородную слободу. Здесь вы найдёте ещё одну средневековую стилизацию — французское шато, в котором когда-то отец и сын Пастернаки преподавали дочерям чаеторговца. Одна из них, красавица Ида, станет роковой любовью будущего поэта.

🔹 А за бывшей крепостной стеной (ныне бульвар) вас ждёт главный сюрприз — огромная башня! И спрятана так искусно, что 99% пешеходов её не замечают. Как она там очутилась, где искать её сестру-близнеца и какие из символов приписывают масонам?

🔹 В конце вернёмся на Мясницкую, поищем льва, а напоследок я поделюсь историей про дом «китайская шкатулка».
