Окунание в ледяные купели — старинный обряд духовного очищения и форма подвига в русской православной традиции. Как религиозный обычай оно воспринимается многими и сегодня. Однако также окунание несёт пользу для физического, психологического и эмоционального здоровья.

Что происходит при окунании в источник

Сразу после омовения, независимо от температуры окружающей среды, вы ощущаете, как кожа начинает «гореть» и тело обволакивает кокон из внутреннего жара. Этот эффект может продолжаться до нескольких десятков минут после купания. Кожа будто очищается от невидимого слоя, тело приобретает легкость, а в некоторых его частях исчезает напряжённость. Вероятно, вскоре вы обратитесь к своим мыслям и заметите, что их словно кто-то «пригладил». Возможно, ощутите состояние, которое описывают словом «благодать». А кто-то через некоторое время получит простые ответы на важные вопросы.

Древний паломнический путь
В поездке из Москвы в Сергиев Посад вы откроете интересные факты о Ярославском шоссе, строительстве Ярославской железной дороги и знаменитых владельцах местных усадеб. Но в центре внимания будет духовное прошлое пути, по которому издревле ходили на богомолье в Троице-Сергиеву лавру и могущественные цари, и обездоленные нищие. Я расскажу истории из жизни Сергия Радонежского и помогу лучше представить феномен паломничества как подвига, необходимого для получения прощения и благословения.

Благодать Святогорья
В сам монастырь мы заедем на обратном пути, а первым делом направимся к святому источнику. На правом берегу реки Вондиги на середине крутого склона из расщелин с силой бьет несколько ключей. Температура воды здесь круглый год +6 °C. Территория заботливо благоустроена, сооружена купель, храмы и часовни, по склонам установлены лестницы, есть раздевалки.

Вы услышите легенду о возникновении ключа, дарующего людям «исцеление и вразумение». А дальше, в зависимости от настроя и состояния здоровья, сможете выбрать разные формы взаимодействия с источником: окунание в купель, обливание, окропление водой. Можно просто умыться и попить целебной водички, набрать её с собой, насладиться природой и отдохнуть душой в этом благодатном месте.

Свято-Троицкая Сергиева лавра
Очистившись и напитавшись энергией святого источника, мы посетим Троице-Сергиеву лавру — крупнейший православный мужской монастырь России. Это место с многовековой историей, где покоятся мощи преподобного Сергия, а для иконостаса Троицкого собора Андрей Рублев написал свою знаменитую «Троицу».

  • Экскурсию можно продлить за дополнительную плату, заехав на обратном пути в Радонеж, Хотьково, где жили родители преподобного Сергия, Гефсиманский Черниговский Скит или в одну из усадеб — Абрамцево или Мураново
  • С собой возьмите бутылки, чтобы набрать воды из источника. Если планируете окунаться — купальник/плавки, тапочки, полотенце, а также шапку и теплые вещи, чтобы надеть после окунания.

Были на экскурсии 28.12.24. Понравился формат индивидуального общения с экскурсоводом, спокойно, тактично и доходчиво погружает тебя в историю этих мест. Ирина увлеченный, любознательный и легкий в общении человек, нам очень повезло! Спасибо большое!

Великолепная экскурсия! Места наполненные духовной силой с прекрасными видами. Мама и я отдохнули душой и телом. Но всё это было бы менее прекрасным если бы мы поехали одни. Ирина сопровождала нас на протяжении всего пути и объясняла значение и историю всех мест которые мы посетили. Благодаря этому весь наш путь наполнился смыслом и некоторые вещи открылись для нас с новой стороны. Спасибо Вам большое💐

В период с 27.08.24 по 30.08.24 посетили г. Москву. Заранее организовали экскурсии. Нашим экскурсоводом на этот период стала Ирина. У нас с ней было три дня, три поездки - в Сергиев Посад, парк Патриот, музей-заповедник Бородинское поле. Приносим Ирине свою благодарность за организованные поездки и экскурсии. Комфортный автомобиль, отправления в назначенное время, интересные факты и рассказы об исторических событиях и местах в которые отправились. Всегда рядом, подскажет куда и когда идти. По нашей просьбе всегда подвезет в дополнительные памятные или просто интересные места. Спасибо Ирине за наш организованный отдых. Приятно вспомнить эти три дня.
