Чтобы по-настоящему понять колоритный Азербайджан, надо познакомиться с его людьми и обычаями. Я с радостью помогу вам в этом. В программе Старый город Баку, два восточных базара, центр праздников и дом азербайджанца. Везде вас ждут рассказы о Баку, истории и традициях — древних и архитектурных, гастрономических и чайных, банных и дачных. Вкусно поесть, безусловно, не забудем!

Что вас ожидает

Завтрак и прогулка в Старом городе
С чего начнём день? С ароматного омлета с горными травами и зеленью, с уникального сыра мотал, с лепешки фесели, с буйволиных сливок и люля из грецкого ореха. Наслаждаясь традиционным завтраком, вы узнаете, почему на утреннюю трапезу приглашают друзей и родных. Затем побродим по извилистым улочкам Ичери-шехер (Внутренний город). Вы увидите религиозные архитектурные памятники и банные комплексы, откроете особенности банного этикета и сделаете фото в национальной одежде.

Выбрать аутентичный сувенир на базаре
Восточные рынки славятся изобилием, и бакинские, конечно, не исключение. Свежие и ароматные зелень, сыр, мясо, рыба, специи — на Восточном и Зеленом базарах вас ждёт всё, что душе угодно! Здесь же можно купить азербайджанские ковры, изделия из серебра и натуральных камней, керамику и шелка. Я расскажу о наших традициях прикладного искусства и научу отличать ручную работу от штамповки.

Как Азербайджан гуляет по праздникам
Отдельной темой станут праздничные обряды, в том числе свадебные. Вы посетите центр, где готовят все виды азербайджанских сладостей для празднеств. Увидите, как организуется свадьба, как одеваются молодожены и гости, что принято дарить. Узнаете, как проходит девичник и что значит кусочек сахара для сватающегося жениха. Поговорим также о важнейшем празднике Новруз и его главном блюде — сямяни халвасы.

Беседы за чаем и кутабами в доме азербайджанца
Нас встретят в гостях в доме азербайджанской семьи недалеко от Баку. Вы познакомитесь с хозяевами дома, услышите о градостроительных традициях и поймёте, почему гостеприимство стало национальной чертой азербайджанцев. Попробуете кутабы с начинкой из мяса верблюда или ягненка, и попьёте розовый чай с сахаром с добавками грецкого ореха, корицы и двумя видами варенья (белая черешня и оливковое или ореховое).

Если вы захотите узнать об азербайджанских традициях ещё больше, в завершение экскурсии заедем на кладбище, где я расскажу о похоронных обычаях.

Экскурсия проводится на комфортабельном автомобиле: для 1-3 человек это включено в стоимость; для 4-10 человек дополнительно оплачивается аренда минивэна (€100).

Моя первая экскурсия в Баку и сразу невероятно повезло с гидом! Просто лучший рассказчик! С такой любовью и так подробно про все отвечала! Понравилось, что много всего можно узнать за один раз, и на рынок попасть, и про традиции и историю. И в гостях нас так здорово приняли, никакой неловкости, прям как дома. Невероятно «вкусная» экскурсия. Самая лучшая! Мне кажется, я только и делал, что ел и мне все нравилось! И в самом начале на завтраке, и на рынке, и в гостях у семьи… Ходили тоже много по Баку, гид лучший. Не скучно совсем. Хотя я знал что-то, но и много нового услышал. На кладбище заехали, это необязательно в экскурсии, но советую не отказываться – это интересно ))
