Вы знаете, что настоящего астраханца можно определить по тому, как он режет арбуз и чистит воблу? Конечно, это далеко не все гастрономические секреты нашего города. Астрахань славится миксом кулинарных традиций разных народов. Здесь любят пить калмыцкий чай и закусывать казахскими баурсаками. А как хороша местная уха! Приглашаю вместе оценить кулинарную карту каспийской столицы.

Что вас ожидает

Астраханская кухня: сочная и колоритная
Мы встретимся на набережной и погуляем в историческом центре города. Когда-то в местных чайных купцы коротали время за самоваром, а в трактирах запоздалому путешественнику подносили стерляжью уху и жареного фазана. Сейчас здесь современные рестораны, модные бары и уютные кофейни. Вы узнаете, что в них подают и чем угощают. Итак, рецепт нашей «вкусной» экскурсии:

  • Пробуем традиционные ловецкие блюда и выясняем, что категорически нельзя добавлять в настоящую астраханскую уху (спойлер: это не водка)
  • Разбавляем впечатления национальным колоритом: дегустируем хрустящие баурсаки и знаменитый калмыцкий чай
  • Заказываем на десерт икряники. Шутка! Это не сладкое блюдо — оно готовится из рыбной икры.

Ирина и ее гастропрогулка - это наверное одно из самых сильных впечатлений от Астрахани! От ее многообразия культуры, гастрономии, архитектуры и истории! Ведь сама экскурсия это не только и не столько про кухню! Но через нее все вышеперечисленное ложится полноценно в твою голову и твои ощущения от места! Мы в восторге! Какая это радостная экскурсия: разные вкусы, яркие эмоции, новые впечатления!
