Наш Зеленоградск — один из красивейших курортных городков в России. А какой он за туристическим фасадом? Мы предлагаем вам углубиться в лабиринт улочек и перенестись на 100 лет назад. На этой лёгкой прогулке вы заглянете в несколько парадных, исследуете городские детали от метлахской плитки до витражей и ощутите себя жителями немецкого Кранца с его маленькими заботами и радостями.

Какой Зеленоградск вы увидите с нами?

Уютный, контрастный и нетуристический! Мы любим и давно изучаем город, в котором живём сами. Мы поделимся с вами историями, которые узнали от родителей и соседей, краеведов и немцев, ранее проживавших в Восточной Пруссии. Рассказами местных рыбаков и сюжетами из будней современного Зеленоградска. А ещё с нами вы отыщете любопытные городские детали и разведаете живописные уголки.

План прогулки

Начнём экскурсию с введения в историю города.

Расскажем о графе Адольфе фон Батоцки — главном меценате Кранца, его роли в развитии города и сохранении культурного наследия.

Полюбуемся виллой Макса Крелля (ныне краеведческий музей), доходным домом Фридриха Баста и пансионатом Луиса Цамори.

Заглянем в парадную бывшего отеля «Балтийское море». Там ажурная лестница и метлахская плитка напомнят о великолепии модерна.

Отдохнем в сквере королевы Луизы, узнаем, почему она до сих пор так любима в Германии и у нас — в Зеленоградске.

Отправимся на центральную Koenigsbergstrasse, пройдем мимо архитектурных шедевров: старинных доходных домов, отелей, курхауса (именно здесь останавливался король Фридрих Вильгельм IV).

Пройдем по туннелю времени — подъезду, сохранившему атмосферу Второй Мировой войны.

С парадной улицы мы свернём на соседние улочки-переулки. Через Bahnhofstrasse и Hohenzollernstrasse выйдем на Kirchenstrasse. Посетим кирху святого Адальберта, ныне православный храм Преображения Господня, где духовность переплетается с историей. В этих кварталах вы увидите немецкие подъезды, винтовые лестницы, плитку, детали на фасадах домов, герб Кранца.

По вашему желанию мы можем завершить экскурсию у водонапорной башни, посетив домик немецкого врача, или продолжить прогулку в парке Плантаже, где можно обнять Императорский дуб и загадать желание.

За пару часов вы узнаете:

  • Что испытывали наши солдаты, когда входили в немецкий Кранц и как жили первые советские переселенцы;
  • Как вели себя немцы в первые дни прихода новой власти и какую страшную находку сделали в здании бывшей гимназии;
  • Где находились голубятни и зачем они нужны были детям;
  • Как в 60-х годах простые жители Зеленоградска добывали янтарь;
  • Как в 90-х годах немцы возвращались в свои покинутые дома;
  • И многое другое!

Организационные детали

  • Экскурсия пешеходная, мы подстроимся под ваш ритм, и вы точно не устанете. Весной и летом прогулка займёт 2 часа, а зимой и осенью 1,5 часа.
  • Возможно продлить экскурсию до 3 часов, дойти до пристани клуба морских видов спорта, а весной насладиться цветением краснокнижного лунника в начале Куршской косы
  • Из дополнительных расходов только возможная кофе-пауза
  • При необходимости мы можем провести экскурсию для группы до 6 человек: +1000 руб. за каждого участника
  • Экскурсию проведёт один из гидов нашей семейной команды

Лидия, спасибо Вам и Вашему мужу за душевную и замечательную экскурсию по маленькому уютному городочку Зеленоградску. Как важно встретить своего человека, который любит, изучает и умеет поделиться своими историями о городе. Провели два с лишним часа на улице, увлеченно слушая как вкусно и с любовью Лидия рассказывала о своем городке. Как умело выстроила маршрут, сумев нас познакомить и с приятными кафешками, где мы сумели погреться и не забыла о памятных сувенирах, что тоже весьма кстати. Рекомендую узнать непохожий на наши русские городки курорт Зеленоградск, где попадаешь в другую культуру и это дает остроту ощущений!

Очень понравилась экскурсия. Увидели некоторое немецкие дома изнутри. Услышали семейную архивную историю. Неспешно прошлись по Зеленоградску изучая его улочки и дома. Лидия очень приятный рассказчик, прекрасно подает материал. Уделяет много внимание детям, что для нас , родителей, очень важно. Спасибо Вам большое, Лидия Ивановна!
