Описание
Старинные жилые кварталы — место, где живёт душа города. Оттого уцелевшие в них дома — на вес золота. В Казани благодаря волонтёрам обновили целых 16 таких построек. С некоторыми из них я вас познакомлю. Вы откроете красоту казанского шале, деревянной резьбы с куницами на воротах, чебаксинской художественной ковки на крыльце. Услышите о владельцах этих домов: учёных-химиках, врачах, купцах-старообрядцах, часовщиках. И перенесётесь в эпоху трогательной и уютной Казани.

Чудесные люди, вернувшие к жизни чудесные дома
Я расскажу о замечательном фестивальном проекте, который уже охватил полсотни российских городов, включая нашу Казань. Деревянные и полукаменные дома в историческом центре не только спасли — им вернули первозданный облик, восстановили и покрасили. И, самое главное, нашли истории о хозяевах и жителях. На прогулке по трём улицам — Калинина, Волкова и Ульянова-Ленина — вы осмотрите дореволюционные постройки города, которые благодаря волонтёрам обрели новую жизнь.
Истории деревянных домов и старинного казанского района
Вы осмотрите усадьбу князей Боратынских и особняк купца Чукашева, хлеботорговца из Чистополя. Узнаете, какое значение для Казани имела Шарная гора и что теперь находится на её месте. Я расскажу, что повлияло на решение купца-старообрядца Я. Шамова построить в городе не церковь, а больницу. И помогу отыскать доказательства того, что ещё в начале 20 века дома здесь страховали от пожаров.
Где нашли монетку с надписью «денежка», а в каком доме держали леопардов и львов? Где жили люди, эвакуированные во время войны, включая секретаря Ленина Владимира Бонч-Бруевича, автора известной всей советской детворе книжки «Ленин и дети». В реставрации какого дома принял участие бывший министр культуры России? Обо всём этом поговорим на экскурсии.
А ещё поищем на домах цветы, которые по всему городу рисует казанский художник Максим Гамма. И обсудим интересную инструкцию «Как жить в доме почтенных лет», составленную владельцем такого дома Константином Лебедевым. Его владение мы тоже увидим.
Три музея на выбор
Экскурсия дополняется посещением одного из музеев и часовой экскурсией с местным сотрудником.
- Дом-музей В.И. Ленина. Вы узнаете достоверные факты о семье Ульяновых, её связи с казанским краем и услышите об их казанских родственниках. А также раскроете малоизвестные детали из биографии Владимира Ульянова и его родителей.
- Дом-музей академиков Арбузовых. Это единственный в России мемориальный музей, посвящённый двум выдающимся химикам 20 столетия.
- Дом-музей Е.А. Боратынского. Музей располагается в старинной дворянской усадьбе, построенной в конце 18 века и принадлежавшей некогда трём поколениям потомков поэта-философа Евгения Боратынского.

Начну с большой благодарности Гульнаре, что добавила нас к группе в предпоследний день нашего пребывания в Казани! Благодаря чему мы смогли попасть на эту замечательную экскурсию. Гульнара провела нас через укромно спрятанные деревянные дома. По пути от объекта к объекту Гульнара рассказывала интересные факты об улицах, жителях, интересных событиях, отвечала на вопросы. Гульнара рассказала нам о жителях домов в прошлом и сейчас, рассказала историю восстановления домов, рассказала о символике наличников. В конце экскурсии мы попали в дом химиков Арбузовых, где другой экскурсовод провела нас по дому, показала артефакты семьи, которые во многом остались нетронутыми. Район, в котором проходила экскурсия, чуть смещён от исторического центра с основными экскурсионными объектами Казани, поэтому обзорная экскурсия и эта никак не пересекаются. Удалось узнать много нового! Было очень интересно! Спасибо!

После 3х дней в Казани, это лучшая экскурсия на которой мы были. Хотя длится 4 часа, Гульнара провела ее на одном дыхании, очень душевно, вдохновенно! Прекрасный рассказчик. Очень понравилось, отдельная ей благодарность за музей Арбузовых, сами мы точно до него не дошли бы.

Впервые приехали в Казань. Экскурсия с Гульнарой позволила погрузиться в атмосферу исторической Казани. Интересная прогулка по улочкам Казани. Самостоятельно такого не увидишь . рекомендую к посещению.
