Описание

Вологда славится старинными деревянными домами и резными палисадами — вы обязательно их увидите. Но не только! Вместе мы посетим главные площади города, погуляем по набережной, рассмотрим купеческие дома, необычные памятники и арт-объекты. Я расскажу, как развивалась Вологда и с какими известными людьми она связана.

Что вас ожидает

Знаковые места города
На набережной реки, в честь которой город получил название, я покажу памятник монаху Герасиму и поделюсь историей появления Вологды. На Кремлёвской площади мы обсудим эпоху Ивана Грозного: Вологда тогда должна была стать столицей опричных земель, но этого не произошло. А также мы заглянем в кремль, который вовсе не кремль, загадаем желание у памятника Батюшкову, увидим здание музея кружева и арт-объект «Бочонок вологодского масла».

Вологда вчера и сегодня
Мы прогуляемся по кварталу старинных домов и я расскажу о деревянном зодчестве. На площади Революции поговорим о Вологде 19 века: местных традициях, торговле, утраченных гостиницах и храмах. Расскажу я и о том, чем город живёт сегодня. А завершит экскурсию лирическая нота — стихотворение местного писателя и поэта Варлама Шаламова.

Экскурсию провела Ольга Константиновна, музейный работник, хорошо знающая историю Вологды и любящая свой город. Проливной дождь, которого никто не ожидал, нам не помешал. Путешествовали на нашем авто, поэтому посетили много интересных мест и даже кафе в восстановленном доме купчихи. Все было очень доброжелательно с приятной заботой о туристах. Спасибо!

Екатерина за 1,5 часа познакомила нас с историей города, особенностями архитектуры, важными и интересными персонами, событиями. Люблю обзорки, после них легко ориентироваться в городе и планировать дальнейшие маршруты. Екатерина эту задачу выполнила!

Вологда нам очень понравилась, не смотря на то, что во многих местах идёт ремонт и город готовится к 880 летию, которое будет через два года. Увидели все ключевые места. Экскурсия пролетела незаметно. Спасибо Екатерине за интересную экскурсию и советы что ещё посмотреть и куда сходить.
