«Золотая миля» запомнилась как элитный район 90-х годов. Но среди влюбленных в архитектуру людей эта территория между Остоженкой и Пречистенской набережной известна как сокровищница зданий в стиле модерн. Рассмотрим её главные артефакты, поговорим о хитростях авторов и судьбах хозяев уникальных московских домов.

Что вас ожидает

Дом под рюмкой. Его облик схож со сказочной крепостью, где можно с комфортом укрыться от городской суеты. Но почему этот дом украшен перевёрнутой рюмкой? Какая книга повлияла на его скульптурный декор? И что входило в понятие комфорта для москвича начала 20 века? Обсудим в деталях.

Дом-сказка, выстроенный по эскизам создателя русской Матрёшки. Проясним, о какой сказке речь: пушкинском «Золотом петушке», богатырской былине или языческом сказании? И постараемся понять, как удалось построить такой роскошный дом всего за один тёплый сезон!

2-ой Обыденский переулок. На небольшом пригорке нас ждёт дом с балконами потрясающей красоты. Ответим на вопрос: как же они, массивные такие, столько лет продержались на фасаде? И увидим, при чём здесь Антонио Гауди.

Шедевры Остоженки. Рассмотрим доходный дом со скульптурным фризом, особняк пионера московского модерна Льва Кекушева и два изящных здания, которые он выстроил по соседству. Распутаем загадку, почему архитектор сбежал из своего дома после нескольких лет проживания.

Мансуровский переулок и его малоквартирный доходный дом, который напоминает северную крепость, поврежденную пушечным ядром. Чем обернулось такое сходство? Вас ждёт история с оттенком мистики.

Потрясающий экскурсовод, влюблённый в свою работу, умеющий показать ее необыкновенно увлекательно! Александра - замечательный человек, приятный в общении , с которым нам было легко и увлекательно путешествовать по золотой миле. Благодаря Александре ,мы открыли для себя Остоженку и Пречистенку совершенно с необычной стороны. Это была живая экскурсия по району, насыщенному фактами и событиями о которых, хочется необходимо знать и помнить.

Моя экскурсия под руководством Александры оказалась захватывающим и познавательным путешествием в историю стиля модерн 🏰 С первых минут стало ясно, что Александра обладает глубокими знаниями истории, а его энтузиазм заразителен 🙆‍♀️ Экскурсия предназначена для тех, кто жаждет узнать, как возник стиль модерн, что он символизирует и какова его исирия. Мы обошли шесть уникальных домов, построенных в период с 1900 по 1905 годах. Особенно впечатлил меня Особняк Александры Дерожинской. Спасибо, Александра, за увлекательное путешествие в прошлое, за уникальные истории. Эта экскурсия стала для меня не только источником новых знаний, но и вдохновением для дальнейших путешествий в мир истории и искусства💙💜
