Вы на родине величайших французских вин — в Бордо. Где, как не здесь, стоит их попробовать и больше о них узнать? Вы наверняка слышали эти слова и названия — Медок, Сент Эмильон, Шато, аппелясьон, терруар... Звучит красиво! Но как разобраться в этом винном многообразии, да так, чтобы было интересно, а знания осталось в памяти на долгие годы? Я помогу, bienvenue!

Что вас ожидает

Я профессиональный винодел-технолог, сама делаю вино в Бордо, поэтому вино — это буквально моя жизнь.

Для тех, кто хочет вино не только пить, но и понимать, я разработала индивидуальный мастер-класс по дегустации, на котором вы:

  • изучите главные винодельческие регионы Бордо
  • познаете этапы дегустации
  • научитесь находить те самые нотки и ароматы специй, свежих ягод, минералов и скошенной травы в бокале вина
  • поймёте, как выбирать вино в магазине и ресторане
  • узнаете об основных уловках, на которые попадаются новички и покупают достаточно посредственные вина по завышенным ценам

Таким образом, вы будете не просто пить вино, а дегустировать, а значит получать полное и истинное удовольствие от нектара богов.

Как проходит мастер-класс
Я приведу вас в один из винных баров в центре города. Там мы продегустируем 3 классических вина из главных регионов Бордо на мой выбор и детально разберём их во время дегустации.

Организационные детали

  • Вино для дегустации оплачивается дополнительно — около €20 с чел.
  • Хочу обратить внимание, что дегустация — это не процесс выпивки с целью опьянения, а скорее удовольствие пробовать вино в небольших количествах, чтобы лучше понять его вкус, поэтому дегустация не скажется на вашем состоянии по её окончании
  • Все понравившиеся вина вы сможете купить для себя или близких. Как сказала Эвелина Хромченко, лучший сувенир из путешествия — тот, который можно съесть или выпить, и я полностью с ней согласна! Особенно если это — бутылка хорошего вина из Бордо

Мы уже две недели путешествуем по Франции и именно в Бордо решили взять индивидуальный мастер-класс по дегустации вина. Однозначно, это было правильным решением) Мы очень любим красное сухое, поэтому попросили Лейсан рассказать нам именно о них. Получилось здорово! Мы не только узнали много новой и полезной информации, но и научились различать ароматные оттенки и еле уловимые нотки красных вин разных регионов. Помимо дегустации, Лейсан любезно согласилась прогуляться с нами по городу и немного погрузила в историю этого замечательного места.
