Описание

Это одна из самых атмосферных и труднодоступных локаций Петербурга, где и местные жители, скорее всего, не бывали. С соседнего переулка не видна даже крыша особняка, а ворота усадьбы почти всегда на замке. Однако мы всё же окажемся там. В сам дом не попадём, но погуляем по яблоневому саду, сделаем фото на ступенях лестницы и поговорим о легендарном роде Демидовых.

Что вас ожидает

Особняк Демидовых — один из старейших домов в Санкт-Петербурге. Возникает ощущение, что хозяева специально скрыли его от любопытных глаз. И это вызывает вопрос, на который нет ответа: «Почему одни из богатейших людей государства Российского спрятали своё имение, хотя обычно владельцы роскошных особняков стремились выставлять их на показ?» Порассуждаем об этом на прогулке.

  • Мы пройдёмся по старинному двору с яблоневым садом, где когда-то отдыхали первые владельцы дома
  • Поднимемся на уникальную двухмаршевую лестницу, ведущую к веранде. На их постройку ушло неимоверное количество чугуна. Впрочем кто, если не Демидовы, могли себе это позволить.
  • Пытливо осмотрим все уголки усадьбы, куда можно попасть, в том числе помещение первого в России кегельбана
  • Пофотографируемся в атмосферных, застывших во времени фотолокациях
  • И конечно, поговорим про знаменитый род Демидовых

Время не пощадило особняк даже такого важнейшего семейства: фасад покрылся трещинами, яблоневый сад пришёл в запустение, ступени лестницы поржавели. Но это придало усадьбе ещё больше очарования. Вы убедитесь в этом сами.

На самом деле смотреть нечего кроме лестницы (короче не стоит экскурсия своих денег), но рассказ интересный.

Были на экскурсии 2 октября. Очень давно хотели попасть в это спрятанное от глаз туристов место. В будний день мы были вдвоем из экскурсантов. Так что получилась индивидуальная прогулка. Гид Марина прекрасная рассказчица, много узнали о роде Демидовых и о его усадьбе. До сих пор поражает воображение чугунная ажурная парадная лестница, хотя она и в не лучшем сейчас состоянии. Хранитель старины, скромно представившийся садовником, провел нас лабиринтами коридоров внутри здания усадьбы, показал,что ему удалось найти в куче мусора и отреставрировать своими руками. На прощанье он угостил нас яблоками, с тех яблонь, что посажены позже на месте Демидовского сада.

Санкт-Петербург обожаем и стараемся открывать для себя новые нехоженные тропы. Необычайно красивый особняк. Очень жалко, что он в запустение. Желаю ему встретить своего мецента, который полюбит его как и мы. Марина прекрасный гид: четко, без воды и все по делу. пока в голове информация держится!!)))

ВОСТОРГ!!!! Это же надо было так надежно спрятать такую Красоту?!!! Отличная локация, супер экскурсия - Мирине огромное Спасибо! Вы просто прелесть! Столько интересной информации об этих людях, о месте, об особняке и прекрасном саде. РЕКОМЕНДОВАНО на все 💯 %. До сих пор перебираем в голове все детали, пересматриваем фото. Здесь все окутано таинственностью, невероятным флёром эпохи XVIII века.

Интересная экскурсия, закрытый особняк, замечательная чугунная лестница. Всё это обладает каким-то непередаваемым вайбом))
