Добро пожаловать в волшебный мир грузинской кухни, где изысканные вкусы и ароматы станут вашими надёжными спутниками в путешествии по кулинарным традициям! Вы узнаете секреты идеального теста и изящной лепки, попробуете приготовить хинкали и хачапури, а после за бокалом сока или вина насладитесь блюдами, созданными своими руками.
Что вас ожидает
На мастер-классе вы пройдёте все этапы — от приготовления и раскатки теста до работы со специями и лепки. Обратите внимание: тесто для хачапури будет приготовлено заранее (ему нужно 2-3 часа, чтобы оно поднялось), но мы подробно расскажем, как его приготовить.
Итак, в программе:
- Выезжаем из вашего отеля и приезжаем в уютную семейную винодельню с рестораном, где и пройдёт наш мастер-класс.
- Начнём с хинкали: вы научитесь готовить идеальное тесто, сочную и ароматную начинку, а также плести красивые складки и правильно отрывать хвостики.
- Затем перейдём к главной гастрономической гордости Аджарии — хачапури по-аджарски. Вы откроете секреты идеального теста, узнаете, какой сыр необходимо использовать для лучшего вкуса и попробуете самостоятельно сделать лепёшки-лодочки.
- По завершению мастер-класса сядем за стол и насладимся своими блюдами за бокалом свежего сока или вина с местной винодельни.

- Вас встретит водитель, который отвезёт на мастер-класс и обратно
- В стоимость включены все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления хинкали и хачапури, а также кувшин компота
- Обязательные дополнительные расходы не предусмотрены, но по желанию вы сможете приобрести вино на винодельне
- Экскурсию для вас проведёт один из гидов нашей команды

Мастер-класс провела хозяйка дома, Заира. Процесс приготовления был безумно интересен, познавателен и увлекателен. Для городских, кто привык питаться пиццой, разогретой в микроволновке, поработать руками, раскатать тесто и слепить хинкали, вылепить лодочку для хачапури - просто необходимый детокс от городской суеты. Отдельное наслаждение, это дегустация итогов своего кулинарного творчества! Тишина загорода, горная природа, бокал местного вина - прекрасное к тому дополнение. Спасибо Заире и ее гостеприимной семье.

Очень понравилось , Заира все понятно показала и объяснила. Как будто то побывали в гостях у знакомых. Все хорошо организовано. Получилось очень вкусный хинкали и хачапури.

Можно смело выбирать данное мероприятие. Только положительные впечатления. Очень понравилось.

Очень понравилась экскурсия! Начиная от трансфера все рассказали когда и как добраться. Организатор был на связи. На мастер классе очень классная атмосфера. Еды получилось много ) всех хватило и еще осталось .
