Описание

Многие блюда калмыцкой кухни изобрели кочевые народе ещё на заре человечества — у этой еды оригинальный вкус и удивительные истории. Вы пообедаете прямо в степи пищей, которую мы вместе приготовим. А я расскажу, почему у калмыков не было завтрака, какое мясо здесь считается самым вкусным и откуда брали витамины, когда не было салатов.

Что вас ожидает

Мы поедем в живописный уголок в калмыцкой степи, на высокий берег древнего морского пролива между Каспийским и Чёрными морями.

Разобьём дневной лагерь, вместе поставим шатёр и развернём переносную кухню.

Приготовим два или три блюда традиционной мясной калмыцкой кухни — и вы будете наслаждаться вкусами, ароматами и оттенками пищи.

А я расскажу:

  • почему калмыцкий чай — это древний напиток степных богатырей
  • как калмыки готовили без посуды
  • какие гастросекреты таят степные народы
  • какие ритуалы перед едой соблюдают калмыки

Большое спасибо гиду Константину за отличную гастроэкскурсию! Эта необычная экскурсия очень понравилась нашей семье! Во время экскурсии Константин на своём авто повёз нас в степь там мы вместе разбили лагерь и поставили шатёр. Это было интересно так как никогда раньше мы не обедали в шатре посреди бескрайней степи. На походной печке Константин приготовил нам несколько национальных калмыцких блюд и горячий калмыцкий чай с маслом солью и специями. Степь была великолепна! Это было красивое место со слов Константина на берегу древнего морского пролива между Чёрным и Каспийский моряки. Рядом с местом обеда мы видели стада коров и лошадей заметили даже одного зайчика и несколько красивых степных птиц (зайчика видели из окна автомобиля когда уже возвращались с экскурсии в Элисту). Во время степного обеда Константин рассказал нам множество интересных историй об обычаях и традициях своего народа об его ярких национальных особенностях об калмыцких блюдах которые он нам приготовил. Мы послушали калмыцкие национальные песни звучае которых очень гармонировало с нашим степным обедом. Из рассказа гида Константина мы узнали почему степные богатыри перед поединками пили "волшебный напиток" очень похожий на современный кадмыцкий чай. узнали о "калмыцких бериках" "дотуре" "кюре" и удивительно историю происхождения этих национальных калмыцких блюд. Мы узнали что калмыцкая национальная кухня не только очень вкусная и питательная но и очень древняя. Именно так люди готовили и питались на самой заре человеческой цивилизации пронеся рецепты приготовления этих блюд через тысячелетия своей истории. После этих рассказов Константина мы убедились в этом сами и отведали наш степной обед. Была не только еда. Были калмыцкие напитки. Экзотично было попробовать молочную калмыцкую водку из калмыцкой деревянной пиалы со странным названием (забыла название). В ней чуствовался запах живой коровы и деревенской натурального молока. Она была очень приятная на вкус. Хотя я не пью спиртное но все же немного попробовала этот калмыцкий напиток на вкус. Думаю ценителям натуральных спиртных напитков он понравится не меньше чем мне. После степной обеда Также мы пофотографировались в калмыцких нарядах на фоне удивительных марсианских степных пейзажей. Напоследок по пути домой на автомобиле гид Константин нам рассказал несколько красивых и мудрых калмыцких национальных сказок. Особенно понравилась сказка про глупого воробья! В народной мудрости есть глубокий философский смысл! Спасибо нашему году Константину за удивительно интересную и вкусную экскурсию! Рекомендуем всем кто любит необычную еду и отдых на природе на ней побывать!
