Вы отправитесь на винодельню признанного во всей стране мастера Тамаза, познакомитесь с ним и его командой. Пройдёте по виноградникам и увидите все этапы производства вина. Попробуете его на вкус и станете частью пышного застолья с традиционными грузинскими блюдами, где атмосферу праздника поддержит настоящий тамада.

Тайны грузинского виноделия
Предлагаем вам окунуться в мир винных тайн, насладиться панорамными видами на побережье Батуми и величественные горы, познакомиться с признанным виноделом Грузии — Тамазом. Вы увидите виноградники и оборудование для виноделия, раскроете местные технологии и все этапы создания вина: от сбора урожая до момента, когда драгоценный напиток разливают по бутылкам. А ещё на территории винодельни можно найти руины церкви 5 века!

Неподдельное грузинское гостеприимство
Вы сможете не только узнать о виноделии, но и проникнуться миром аджарских вкусов и ароматов. Под рассказы хозяина винодельни вы продегустируете 6 сортов авторского вина, а также чачу и бренди. Но впечатления на этом не заканчиваются! Вас ждёт настоящее грузинское застолье с музыкой, песнями, танцами и знаменитыми тостами, которые прозвучат в сопровождении харизматичного тамады. Компанию им составит понравившееся вам вино.

А ещё, по желанию, вы сделаете свою винную бутылку и украсите её собственной уникальной этикеткой.

  • В стоимость экскурсии включены: трансфер из Батуми (в пределах ж/д вокзала), дегустации, ужин

12.10.25 посетили частную семейную винодельню Тамазури в окрестностях Батуми. Очень интересно. Забрали нас от отеля, водителем был брат хозяина, охотно отвечал на все наши обычные "туристические" вопросы) Хозяин винодельни, Тамаз, очень приятный и гостеприимный хозяин. Он посещает обучающие мероприятия для виноделов, совершенствуется, делится с нами этим. Подробно рассказал про процесс приготовления вина, много нового для себя узнала об этом. Дегустация отличных вин, чачи и бренди, с рассказами о них. Вот тут мне бы хотелось присесть, было бы комфортнее, но мы стояли. Тамаз приглашал погулять в саду, но нам помешал дождь. Фундамент церкви 5-6 века во дворе обычного жилого дома - отдельный шарм. Вечер завершился прекрасным ужином из традиционных грузинских блюд, которые готовила жена Тамаза, было очень вкусно! Тамаз как тамада, вел этот вечер по грузинским обычаям, поднимая тосты, а какой красивый вид на Батуми открывался с его банкетного зала! Все в тот вечер сошлось: приятная компания, отличное (!) вино, вкусная еда, красота вокруг. Было приятно быть гостем у Тамаза. И мне очень хотелось подарить хозяину какой-нибудь подарок, но ... была неподготовлена( Желаю бренду Тамазури развития и процветания! Тамаз, желаю успеха в изготовлении игристого вина, пусть у тебя все получится!

Потрясающее погружение в мир домашнего виноделия. Было очень комфортно, нас забрали на машине прямо от отеля, привезли в живописный дом Тамаза. Где он показал свой участок, рассказал про историю своей семьи и секреты изготовления вина. Затем мы спустились в винный погреб, где с нами поделились нюансами дегустации вин. Попробовали порядка шести сортов вин, в том числе бренди и чачу. Все проходило в теплой, домашней обстановке. Затем нас пригласили к столу, который просто ломился от еды! Все было очень вкусно! Спасибо Тамазу и его семье за гостеприимство и насыщенный вечер!

Увидеть своими глазами винный погреб оказалось очень интересно. В процессе воочию увидели квеври, продегустировали вино там же. Все это сопровождалось рассказом хозяина о процессе изготовления вина. Затем нас ждал вкусный домашний ужин с вином, закусками, салатами, хинкали и хачапури. Ну и как же без грузинских тостов! Томаз- хозяин дома, очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный и к тому же мастер на все руки. Весь декор внутри дома, мебель, оригинальные светильники сделаны им самостоятельно. Время на этой экскурсии пролетело незаметно. Развезли нас по отелям ближе к 22.00ч.

Хорошая экскурсия, хозяин винодельни открытый душевный человек! Винодельня только расстраивается это надо учитывать, конечно не все сделано, но это не мешает погрузиться в атмосферу Грузии ) Хочется пожелать большого развития вашей винодельни )
