Описание

Я устрою для вас настоящее гастропутешествие! Это будет идеальный день в Сочи – мощный внедорожник, деликатесы и горные пейзажи. Мы начнём с форелевой фермы, прокатимся до местной сыроварни, отправимся на крафтовую пивоварню. По пути завернём к источнику с природным нарзаном. А закончим поездку вкуснейшим хачапури по-аджарски с ароматным вином в Ахштырском каньоне.

Что вас ожидает

Форелевая ферма. Сначала мы с ветерком и комфортом доедем до форелевого царства. Здесь вы по желанию отведаете нежнейшую рыбу и красную икру.

Местная сыроварня. Камамбер, сент-мор, валансе, альпийский, чеддер, лейден, томм, манчего, беллер в черном и красном перце, буррата и страчателла — любая сырная душа найдет себе деликатес по вкусу. А ещё тут можно купить разные добавки к сырной тарелке: местные конфитюры, мёд и варенье, орехи и сухофрукты из Армении, маслины из Греции, урбеч из Дагестана.

Крафтовая пивоварня. Затем заберёмся высоко в горы, где опытные пивовары предложат продегустировать свежее пенное. А по пути я покажу вам заброшенный санаторий, где не успел отдохнуть ни один человек.

Источник природного Нарзана. По пути остановимся у источника минеральной воды Нарзан, вкусной, прохладной и бодрящей. Можно напиться ею на месте или набрать с собой.

Ахштырский каньон. В конце гастрономического приключения обязательно оставьте силы на дегустацию вкуснейшего хачапури по-аджарски. Мы расположимся в беседке у реки, а вокруг будут величественные скалы. Здесь же угощу вас ароматным домашним вином.

Были на экскурсии 13 апреля Александр, благодарим за отдых!!! Орагнизация поездки отличная, встретил нас около места проживания (на Нижнеимеретинской улице в Адлере жили), сразу поехали врываться в эту прекрасную горную природу))) По пути к пивоварне попробовали местные сыры, на территории пивоварни хотелось остаться на пару дней - высоко в горах, тишина, спокойствие, пиво, закуски))) Уже на обратном пути заехали на форелевую ферму - тоже интересно было узнать о содержании известных и выводе новых "пород" этих рыб, также посмотрели на осетров, самки которых дают много икры. Поездка завершилась дегустацией великолепнейшего хачапури! Александр, благодарим еще раз за прекраснейший день!!!

Очень понравился тур! Задумка прекрасная, места интересные, а виды потрясают своей красотой! Идеально для тех, кто устал от суеты города и хочет насладиться приятными разговорами, восхитительным пивом и прихватить с собой вкуснейший сыр ☺️ Спасибо Александру за день в копилку приятных воспоминаний! И еще одно - осетры очень крутые 😂😂😂😂

Пивоварня-Топ, дорога туда очень классная и атмосферная. Не понравилось: две из четырёх точек в настоящее время не работают, об этом узнали по факту вконце экскурсии, то есть посетили только две точки. Экскурсия вышла на полтора часа меньше чем планировалась.
