Описание

Дагестан может похвастаться живописной природой, самобытным наследием, вкусной кухней и вином. Вашим проводником в мир этих и других удовольствий стану я — и мои гостеприимные родные. Итак, отправляемся в горное село Ках, моё родовое гнездо. Будем гулять в окружении гор, изучать местные ремёсла, душевно беседовать, вместе готовить и есть.

Что вас ожидает

  • Рано утром (в 8:00-9:00) выезжаем из города в сторону гор. Минуя город Буйнакск, заедем в самый длинный автомобильный туннель в России (4303 м)
  • Проедем мимо башни Шамиля и остановимся на смотровой Ирганайской ГЭС. Покажу вам работы моего старого приятеля Магомеда — резчика по дереву. Это мастер в 4 поколении. Осмотрите готовые изделия и при желании купите понравившиеся
  • В селе Ках заедем в дом-музей тёти Хадижат. Посмотрим на старинные изделия быта, сельский инвентарь и национальную одежду. Там же состоится мастер-класс по ковроткачеству. Хозяйка дома научит вас нескольким хитростям в выведении национальных орнаментов, которые переходят из поколения в поколение. А затем вы переоденетесь в национальные наряды и освоите лезгинку под песни тёти Хадижат
  • Время обеда! Заедем в гости к моей маме: она посвятит вас в тонкости приготовления таких национальных блюд, как хинкал, чуду. Вас ждёт восхитительная сытная трапеза — по-другому мама не готовит. А если пожелаете — оставайтесь на мастер-класс по приготовлению кавказских блюд
  • Подкрепившись, едем на Хунзахское плато к водопадам Тобот и Итлятляр. На краю обрыва выпьем травяной чай в кофейне с видом на потоки воды
  • Обратно поедем уже в сумерках — но это не помешает нам насладиться огнями Махачкалы со смотровой площадки в горах
