Мы предлагаем вам обширную палитру заполярных вкусов: пробуйте, сочетайте, смешивайте! Угощаем мурманскими деликатесами, делимся секретными рецептами и даём воплотить их в жизнь.

Ягодный Кольский
Посетите дегустационную площадку и узнаете какие ягоды растут за Полярным кругом, почему «любит ножки и сапожки», а вороника — настоящий спасатель, какую ягоду 100 лет назад использовали для консервирования и многое другое из ягодной жизни Кольского полуострова.

Пробуем и даём оценки
Вам предстоит отведать варенье, соусы, морс и настойки из 5 основных северных ягод — морошки, клюквы, вороники, черники и брусники. А также побывать в роли дегустатора: составить свою экспертную оценку цвета, запаха и вкуса предлагаемых продуктов.

Мастер-класс
В начале встречи мы проведём мастер-класс по изготовлению пикантного соуса. Каждый участник самостоятельно приготовит свой шедевр из любой северной ягоды и заберёт его с собой, чтобы угостить родных.

  • Проводится только для совершеннолетних, поскольку включает пробу крепких напитков
  • Дегустация и мастер-класс входят в общую стоимость
  • Состав дегустационного сета может меняться в зависимости от сезона
  • Встречу проведёт один из гидов нашей команды
  • Место проведения программы может меняться

Дополнительные расходы

  • Трансфер до предприятия не входит в стоимость экскурсии. Вы можете доехать до него самостоятельно на такси за 200-400 руб.
  • Все желающие после дегустации смогут купить понравившуюся продукцию предприятия
  • Встречу можно провести и для большего количества участников. Доплата — 1700 руб. за каждого человека.

Спасибо огромное за такую интересную программу. Гид Марина настоящий профессионал. Узнали много нового и интересного про дары природы за полярным кругом. Полтора часа пролетели незаметно, получили огромное удовольствие

Интересный, информативный рассказ в непринужденной обстановке, словно заехал в гости к родственникам и готовите праздничные блюда :) Спасибо большое Марине!

Очень понравилась гастровстреча. Соус делать было интересно, все показали, рассказали, последующая дегустация тоже была классная, правда во время небольшой викторины мы мало что угадали 😅Настойки тоже вкусные, не крепкие, больше всего понравились вороника и морошка. Рекомендуем к посещению!
