Наш город славится известным на весь мир шоколадом, который вы обязательно тут попробуете, но что ещё вы знаете о женевской кухне? На какую она похожа больше — французскую или швейцарскую, если похожа вообще? Я познакомлю вас с типичными женевскими блюдами, чтобы после экскурсии в местных ресторанах вы чувствовали себя настоящим гурманом, познавшим суть здешней гастрономической культуры. И чуть-чуть обучу навыкам сомелье — ну какой ужин без хорошего вина!
Что вас ожидает
Излюбленный способ французов знакомства с другой культурой – через кухню. Во время нашей экскурсии мы все станем немножко французами, чтобы понять, чем же услаждают свои вкусовые рецепторы жители Женевы. Надо сказать, что жители города на Женевском озере обладают исключительной кухней, отличной как от французской, так и от швейцарской. Многие думают, что местная кухня – это сырные блюда, типичные для Швейцарии, в частности фондю и раклетт, но это абсолютно не соответствует действительности! Французская кухня так же чужда женевцам. Так что же все-таки едят женевцы?..
Во время экскурсии вы станете специалистами по женевским блюдам и сможете со знанием дела заказать ужин в ресторанах нашего города. Чтобы сделать заказ правильно, хорошо бы еще разбираться в винах данного региона. О женевском виноделии вы так же получите всю необходимую информацию.
Но чем Женева действительно славится по всему миру – так это непревзойденным качеством шоколада ручной работы! Во время прогулки мы полюбуемся настоящими произведеняими шоколадного искусства. За отдельную плату можно организовать дегустацию или даже посещение шоколадной фабрики, где мэтры шоколадного искусства раскроют вам свои секреты. И напоследок вы сможете посетить магазинчик, где продается весь шоколад, производимый на территории Швейцарии, чтобы порадовать своих друзей и близких дома.
