Описание

Пицца, паста, мороженное, кофе, тирамису — этими типично итальянскими вкусностями можно наслаждаться каждый день. А мы откажемся от стереотипов туристического меню и не будем искать лучшую пиццерию или джелатерию. Вместо этого отправимся на прогулку по аутентичным барам и ресторанчикам. Не исключаю, что для кого-то путь к сердцу Рима начинается с его кухни.

Что вас ожидает

Её высочество Устрица
Конечно, за устрицами можно пойти в шикарный римский ресторан. Вот только зачем, если есть великолепный районный рынок. И здесь нам откроют столько устриц, сколько захочется.

  • Рядом в овощной лавке купим пару лимонов и тут же в окружении колоритных продавцов и римских хозяек вы продегустируете этот морской деликатес за бокалом свежего белого вина из бочек
  • А я расскажу, кто первый придумал есть устриц, как они связаны с политикой и о римской кулинарии вообще

Его величество Трюфель
На обед отправимся в лучший трюфельный бар на площади Испании. Вы насладитесь ароматным грибом за бокалом свежего белого или, если приехали в Рим зимой, душистого красного. А я расскажу:

  • почему трюфель называют королём стола
  • как за ним охотились древние греки и римляне
  • какие регионы Италии богаты им сейчас
  • почему его считали «пятым элементом», который провоцирует экзальтацию чувств и посылает вдохновение
  • какие таинственные средневековые истории с ним связаны

В очаровательной энотеке на другой крохотной, но знаменитой площади нужно попробовать великолепные итальянские паштеты. Сегодня это кушанье ассоциируется у нас с французским фуа-гра, однако у итальянского паштета своя долгая традиция и особенный вкус.

  • Вы продегустируете ассорти из печени с коньяком, из кролика с трюфелями, из фазана, перепёлки или из кабана — за бокалом красного тосканского или местного домашнего
  • Вы узнаете, какие паштеты подавали при королевских дворах и что за сюрпризы ожидали пирующую знать, когда его благородие Паштет оказывался на столе

Его сиятельство Сыр
Финальный аккорд — симфония сырных вкусов. В уютном местечке, куда мы попадём, я расскажу об истории итальянских сыров и поделюсь некоторыми необычными рецептами локальной кухни, в которых главным ингредиентом будет именно сыр. А вы насладитесь сырной тарелкой, достойной настоящих гурманов.

Наш маршрут проходит по интереснейшим районам города, и по пути я обязательно расскажу о главных достопримечательностях, которые мы встретим на маршруте.

А если по дороге вам всё-таки захочется выпить кофе или полакомиться мороженым, это станет ещё одной приятной ноткой нашей прогулки.

Необычная экскурсия с дегустацией нестандартных блюд, подходит тем, кто уже узнал Рим исторический и хочет дополнить впечатления знаниями о быте и вкусовых предпочтениях местных жителей

Вероника, спасибо огромное за экскурсию. Это была лучшая экскурсия за эту поездку. Вместе попили вина, поели устриц, посетили отличный рынок и супермаркет, кофейню. Было все просто замечательно, легко, познавательно, хоть и жара, но охлаждаясь прохладным вином все было супер.
