Описание

Бар-хоппинги нередко грешат посещением похожих заведений — но не в этот раз. Моя экскурсия напомнит вам бутылку орегонского пино-нуар: с одной стороны, откроет притягательность классики, с другой — порадует чем-то новым. Между бокалами и рюмками я расскажу истории из жизни города и покажу нетривиальные питейные места. Все они лучшие, все они — разные.

Что вас ожидает

Мы пройдём по всем известным барным улицам Петербурга: Пушкинской, Жуковского и Некрасова, а также по Литейному проспекту. Но зайдём только в уникальные заведения!

Я расскажу о питейной культуре города на Неве и наиболее известных вехах её истории. Вместе мы отследим их на примере конкретных локаций.

Вспомним Боярского, Розенбаума, Довлатова. Выясним, с кем из известных людей легко пересечься в лучших гастрономических пространствах города. Ведь место встречи изменить нельзя, особенно если это — бар.

Помянем Думскую и Рубинштейна. Поговорим об их трансформации.

Посетим старейшую рюмочную, самый рейтинговый бар, дружеский двор, где выпивают, и заповедник интеллигенции на барной улице. Попробуем легендарные вина, коктейли и настойки.

Выясним:

  • почему бары и рюмочные становятся арт-пространствами
  • какой он, бар для местных
  • что не надо заказывать в баре
  • как пить и не пьянеть
  • что смерть и русскому, и немцу, и американцу? Сразу ответ: ректификат. А вот на экскурсии выясним, почему
  • неочевидные места для выпивания — какие и зачем
  • где проходили первые выставки «колхуев»
  • откуда пошло выражение «маленький двойной»

Павел провёл для меня с девушкой отличную экскурсию. Мы узнали чем отличаются типы заведений и историю их появления, побывали в необычных барах и локациях с отличным сервисом и ассортиментом. Павел отлично разбирается в теме: с ним легко и интересно обсуждать и гастрономию, и алкогольную тематику, и отсылки к литературе, архитектуре и истории Санкт-Петербурга. Удивительно, что некоторые места просто проходила мимо, даже не замечая. Наверное, для этого и нужны такие экскурсии, чтобы открывать новое, пробовать новое, получать впечатления
