Описание

Шедевров архитектуры Сочи осталось немного, но они есть, и на них стоит посмотреть! Вас ждёт увлекательное путешествие по Верхнему городу — самому элитному району с дачами в стиле эклектики и модерн.

Что вас ожидает

Мы начнём нашу прогулку от форта Александрия — места, где начинался Верхний город. Путешествуя по историческому центру Сочи, вы узнаете:

  • зачем греки построили Эллинский спуск и какую ценность представляет стена дома греческого маклера Политиди
  • какие дачи строили для себя сочинские старосты и семьи знаменитых людей Российской империи-Мамонтовых и Юсуповых
  • что необычное продавали в первой городской аптеке

  • Увидите красивейшую Приморскую набережную и откроете секрет её вечной красоты
  • Заглянете в окна старого дома первого аптекаря и узнаете сколько домов у него было

Огромное спасибо Светлане! Это была не просто прогулка, а настоящее погружение в историю города. Экскурсия получилась очень информативной и емкой, при этом прошла на одном дыхании. Особый восторг — маршрут. Мы посетили очень живописные места, увидели красивейшие особняки людей, которые внесли большой вклад в развитие города. Очень вдохновляет, когда за фасадами зданий видишь человеческие судьбы. Благодарю Светлану за очень интересную и познавательную экскурсию!!! Несмотря на дождливую погоду, мы восхитительно прогулялись по Верхнему городу и гид давала возможность обратить внимание на исторические архитектурные сооружения с интересной подачей материала по каждому объекту на выстроенном Светланой маршруте. А "десертная" составляющая прогулки - восхитительная кондитерская - выше всяких похвал, от интерьера до десерта и кофе. Огромное спасибо, Светлана!

Экскурсия была познавательная. Знания предмета у экскурсовода замечательные. Отвечала на любые наши вопросы. Светлана помогла разобраться в различных архитектурных стилях. Показала нам с Сочи со стороны местных жителей. Спасибо большое.

Были на экскурсии со Светланой 10.09.25. Ожидания были следующие - увидеть некурортную сторону города, попытаться почувствовать "дух" Сочи. Как мне кажется, после неспешной прогулки с интересными рассказами это удалось. Светлана показала нам места, в которые мы самостоятельно не попали бы. Очень довольны экскурсией, с искренней благодарностью к Светлане.
