Какая первая столица Руси? Думаете, Новгород? Многие историки готовы с вами поспорить. Именно Старую Ладогу считают древнейшим городом России и первой официальной резиденцией Рюрика и его дружины. Приглашаем вас прикоснуться к этой интереснейшей странице истории. Прогуляться по старинной крепости под рассказы гида о Руси, Рюрике и Старой Ладоге.

Что вас ожидает

Путь из Санкт-Петербурга до Старой Ладоги на автомобиле займёт около 2,5 часов. Там вы осмотрите самостоятельно Староладожскую церковь, расположившуюся на живописном берегу реки Волхов. Услышите увлекательную историю о цитадели и самой Старой Ладоге. Узнаете, каким веком датируется постройка и почему именно в этих краях Рюрик начал своё правление.

По желанию можно посетить мужской Никольский и женский Успенский монастыри, древние могильные курганы, в одном из которых лежит, может быть, Рюрик, а может, и Вещий Олег. На обед рекомендуем заглянуть в атмосферный ресторан «Князь Рюрик».

Очень интересная экскурсия. Познавательно. Рекомендую всем любителям истории. Рассказ экскурсовода в крепости был насыщенным и содержательным. Зимой в крепости некоторые объекты не доступны для посещения. Будет повод приехать ещё раз в теплое время. Мы были на экскурсии в понедельник, было совсем мало других посетителей. В женском монастыре и вовсе было пусто.

Организатора на маршруте не было. Водитель - случайное лицо, поэтому оценивать его компетенции не корректно. Если использовать такси, и заказ экскурсии на месте, то выйдет явно дешевле, а эффект тот же.

Очень интересная, познавательная экскурсия. Не утомительная, несмотря на двухчасовой переезд. Прогулялись по Староладожской крепости под увлекательный рассказ профессионального гида. Виды на реку Волхов действительно захватывающие, как и запахи на берегу. Помимо крепости посетили мужской и женский монастыри и древние могильные курганы, под которыми по одной из версий находится могила Вещего Олега. Отдельное спасибо водителю - Игорь с комфортом домчал нас от Московского вокзала до Старой Ладоги за два с небольшим часа несмотря на начинающиеся пробки на выезде из Санкт-Петербурга, а на обратном пути доставил прямо к нашим апартаментам. Это было чрезвычайно удобно! По дороге купили вкуснейшую наисвежайшую копченую рыбу. Спасибо большое за комфортную и интересную поездку.
