На экскурсии мы поговорим о том, как кухня Италии связана с искусством, политикой, культурой и повседневной жизнью местных жителей. Вы посетите 4 заведения, любимые горожанами, попробуете деликатесы и вино.

Что вас ожидает

Истории о лукулловых пирах и вине
Я полностью погружу вас в кулинарные традиции Италии. Проиллюстрирую свой рассказ работами художников на тему еды и её приготовления. Мы обсудим лукулловы пиры в период мрачного Средневековья и эпохи Возрождения, основные гастрономические концепции и блюда. Расскажу о великих винах Вальполичелла и возникновении Амароне.

4 ресторана и овощная лавка
Вы посетите места, где обычно встречаются и ужинают коренные веронцы. Во всех этих ресторанах очень тщательно отбирают сырьё и применяют традиционные подходы к готовке. Кроме того, мы заглянем в небольшую овощную лавочку. Там я объясню, как местные гурмэ мастерски совмещают вкусовые гаммы продуктов.

Хочу выразить благодарность нашему гиду Eugenio (Евгению). Это был очень необычный опыт в Вероне. Я изначально представляла экскурсию в немного другом формате, но в реальности понравилось даже больше :) Евгений завел нас в несколько заведений и рассказал об особенностях веронской гастрономии, а так же провел по достопремичательностям города. Но больше всего запомнился сам Евгений - это самый необычный гид, с которым я ходила на экскурсии! Столько личных историй и рекомендаций я не слышала давно. Открытый и приятынй в общении человек, с которым хотелось бы еще прогуляться и не только узнать о городе, но и о его жизни :))
