Описание

Вы познакомитесь с разнообразной гастрономией Восточной Пруссии и современного Калининграда. Взглянете на прошлое региона через аутентичные блюда и откроете новые вкусы. Мы не будем пробовать «Прегольскую вонь» или солёную ворону, но обязательно посетим ресторан со вкусной и сытной немецкой кухней. За 2,5 часа мы пройдём 3500 шагов, так что не бойтесь прибавить в весе!

Что вас ожидает

На земле пруссов, тевтонских рыцарей и замков всегда вкусно и сытно кормили. Кёнигсбергские клопсы и знаменитая немецкая рулька- айсбайн, строганина из рыбы и марципан… Вы узнаете об этих знаменитых рецептах и попробуете самые вкусные блюда кёнигсбергской кухни. А ещё познакомитесь с тётушкой Фишер и представите себя участниками праздника длинной колбасы.

  • По желанию мы поднимемся на башню-маяк — отсюда потрясающий вид на остров Канта, Кафедральный собор и два русла реки Преголи
  • Вспомним историю появления на этой земле рыцарей Тевтонского ордена и построенный ими легендарный Королевский замок
  • Попробуем кёнигсбергский марципан от самого производителя
  • Постараемся услышать шум старого рыбного рынка (фишмаркта) в той самой знаменитой Рыбной деревне
  • Побываем в историческом месте, где находились знаменитые рестораны Кёнигсберга — «Блюдгерихт» (Кровавый суд) и «Волчье ущелье»
  • А также познакомимся с гостеприимной особой, которую боготворили вечно голодные студенты. И в посвящённом ей немецком ресторане «Тётка Фишер» сделаем большую гастрономическую остановку. Именно тут настоящий рай для почитателей немецкой кухни: свежее пенное крафтовое пиво местной пивоварни, а также свежайшее пиво из Германии и Чехии, немецкие рислинги, глинтвейн и ягодные морсы, квас, а также рулька айсбан, шницель и колбаски с традиционным брецелем
  • Попробуем самое знаменитое блюдо Калининграда — строганину из пеламиды
  • Для любителей сыра предлагаю сырную тарелку крафтовых сортов и колбасы в сырной мастерской. Возможно, вы впервые попробуете сырное мороженое и сырный кофе. Почитатели сыра (особенно Горгонзолы) оценят вкус по достоинству! О ваших предпочтениях поговорим накануне экскурсии

С погодой немного не повезло. Сама экскурсия достаточно обширная и интересная. Стоимость немного завышена.

14.02.2026 гуляли с замечательной Ингой по Калининграду. Супер-гид, только положительные эмоции у всех участников прогулки (нас было трое). Интересные истории, масса полезного, вкусные остановки, и сама Инга потрясающий, душевный и позитивный человек. Она же порекомендовала нам отличного гида по Светлогорску, чем очень нас выручила. Маршрут подстраивался под нас, по ходу экскурсии Инга показывала информативные картинки, фотографировала нас. Экскурсия была гастрономическая, но при этом мы узнали просто массу интересного и про город, и про историю, и про флору и фауну. Однозначно рекомендуем Ингу, в следующий свой приезд в Калининградскую область (надеюсь, летом), обязательно к ней обратимся)))

Были на гастрономическом туре по Калининграду и остались в полном восторге. Это тот редкий формат, где история и еда не просто идут рядом, а действительно усиливают друг друга. Ты не просто пробуешь местные блюда, а понимаешь, откуда они взялись, почему именно такие вкусы и как они связаны с городом. Было очень интересно и по-настоящему познавательно, без перегруза фактами и скучных лекций. При этом все невероятно вкусно, с хорошим ритмом и ощущением заботы о нас) Спасибо Инге, она прекрасный рассказчик, живой, увлекательный, с отличным чувством момента. С ней город раскрывается как личная история, а не как набор дат и достопримечательностей. Очень теплый опыт, который хочется рекомендовать и вспоминать.

Прекрасная зимняя праздничная прогулка с отличным гидом Ингой. Прогулялись по центру Калининграда в новогодней атмосфере. Попробовали отличный сыр и сырный кофе. Инга прекрасный рассказчик, познакомила нас с историей Калининграда и Калининградской кухни, ответила на все вопросы, поддержала новогоднее настроение. Огромное спасибо! Рекомендуем!

Здравствуйте, у нас была гид Ноза- очень приятна в общении, подстроилась под интересы и формат восприятия дочки подростка, то что мы уже знали, получили не только новую, интересную информацию и приятные рекомендации, спасибо за экскурсию!
