Описание

В 1917–1920-х годах Стамбул (Константинополь) принял порядка 200 тысяч русских эмигрантов, среди которых — военные, аристократы и интеллигенция. Город создал условия, позволившие цветку русской культуры быстро раскрыться и... так же быстро увянуть. Вы погрузитесь в атмосферу столетней давности и разгадаете загадку этого феномена, рассматривая сохранившиеся осколки былого блеска и печали.

Вы увидите, где жили и работали барон Пётр Врангель, писатель Аркадий Аверченко, артист Александр Вертинский, королева русского юмора Надежда Тэффи, сын водочного короля Владимир Смирнов и многие другие.

Узнаете, где печатались русские публицисты и литераторы, в каких местах выступали отечественные певцы и актёры. Посмотрите, где и как зарабатывали на жизнь эмигранты.

Подниметесь от Галатского моста по старейшему фуникулёру Тюнель в район Пера. Увидите здания, связанные с историей русской эмиграции: Бюро русской печати, посольство, ресторан «Режанс», театр-кабаре «Гнездо перелётных птиц», отель Grand Hotel de Pera и другие места. Услышите о бизнес-проектах русских эмигрантов, которые существуют до сих пор.
