Истинная Касабланка — какая она? Я знаю, где искать ответ — и отправлюсь туда вместе с вами. Проведу по медине, пёстрым торговым улицам и французскому кварталу. Покажу дом Эдит Пиаф и замурованный дом с привидениями. Приглашу на Центральный рынок — гастрономический рай Марокко. И расскажу всё, что знаю о Касабланке: открою вам её сложную, живую, настоящую историю.

Что вас ожидает

От медины до ар-деко
Мы исследуем рассыпанную по городу мозаику историй — легендарных и забытых. Побываем в узких переулках древней медины и на широких проспектах современной Касабланки. Погрузимся в мир уникальной архитектуры города: перейдём от мощных стен португальских фортов к фасадам зданий в стиле ар-деко. Непременно заглянем во французский квартал, где каждый камень окутан аурой тайн из прошлого.

  • Мавзолей Сиди Белюта, почитаемого как святого защитника Касабланки
  • La Sqala — старинный португальский форт на берегу Атлантического океана

Вкусы и ароматы Касабланки
Отправимся на Центральный продуктовый рынок, где каждый прилавок в красках, ароматах и вкусах расскажет вам о марокканской гастрономии и кулинарных традициях. Волшебство местной кухни заключается в том, что буквально на каждом углу мы сможем насладиться уникальными блюдами и напитками и оценить гостеприимный настрой города.

В зависимости от времени суток и дня недели вы попробуете множество интересных и вкусных блюд. Вот лишь некоторые из них:

  • Традиционные кускус из зёрен семолины и тажин с несколькими видами мяса
  • Залук — закуска из баклажанов с томатами, чесноком и специями
  • Ароматный и сытный суп харира из томатов, чечевицы и нута
  • Мехаммер — блюдо из мяса, медленно приготовленное до золотистой корочки
  • Пастила — сладко-острый пирог с куриной или голубиной начинкой

Довольна экскурсией очень. «5»! Что такое экскурсия у Алекса? Помните фильм Вуди Аллена «Ночь в Париже»? Так вот, у нас был День в Касабланке. Все точно так же. Яркие, знакомые с детства имена знаменитостей, которые жили и творили в этом городе. Мы стояли на перекрестке улиц и буквально «крутили фуэте»рассматривая дом где жила Эдит Пиаф, ровно через крошечную площадь был ресторан, где она выступала по вечерам. А за углом в старом кафе случилась ее судьбоносная встреча. И много таких историй, с мало известными фактами. Алекс выдает уникальную информацию, она содержательная и трогательная одновременно. Что- то переворачивает уже знакомых факты о писателях и очередной раз понимаешь «божий дар отдельно, мухи отдельно».

Это была лучшая экскурсия в нашей жизни. Буду рекомендовать всем своим знакомым данного гида. Мы провели с Alex 6 часов и он о Касабланке рассказал так много, что я нигде и никогда столько не слышала. Благодаря гиду мы подняли все культурные слои страны и города и вместе сложили в красивую мозаику. Мы познакомились с местными обычаями и традициями, посетили Медину, вкусно пообедали на рынке, выпили вкуснейший кофе как Эдит Пиаф, увидели где Экзюпери начал рисовать рисунки к своему маленькому принцу. Научились арабской вязью писать свои имена, побывали в том самом доме! и много, много чего еще интересного… уверена, что в Марокко и близко нет по квалификации таких гидов как Alex!
