Описание

Я абсолютно уверена, что в Беларуси классно развита барная культура. Каждое заведение Минска имеет свою атмосферу, концепцию и историю. Мы с вами посетим 3 бара, попробуем блюда и напитки — как современные, так и приготовленные по старинным рецептам. А ещё — окунёмся в историю общепита от дореволюционных времён до наших дней.

Что вас ожидает

На экскурсии, которая затронет самую тусовочную улицу города — Зыбицкую, обсудим, как в белорусской столице менялась ситуация с питанием с конца 19 века: что ели и где пили минчане, какие рестораны можно было увидеть в городе. Поговорим про несколько эпох общепита — дореволюционную, довоенную и послевоенную вплоть до 90-х.

Вы узнаете:

  • Как появились легендарные столовые
  • Что изменилось с приходом советской власти
  • Как в СССР появилась кока-кола
  • Как приготовить голубую водку по рецепту 19 века
  • Каков оригинальный состав докторской колбасы

А делать всё это будем в атмосферных барах, каждый из которых поможет в раскрытии обсуждаемой нами эпохи. У меня на примете 6 заведений, мы посетим 3 из них на выбор.

Классный гид Виктория, которая влюблена в свое дело и рассказывает это с таким удовольствием, что слушали с двойным удовольствием. Погугяли по центральной улице, побывали в самых креативных барах , много попробовали интересных настоек и классно провели время в комании с Викторией.

На экскурсию шли парой, огромное спасибо Виктории! И сама экскурсия на высоте, а по итогу получилось комбо: и проходки по самым культовым местам, и отношение персонала особенное, и, конечно же, общение. Если вдруг не прям «ходоки» по барам: вполне можно «не накидываться», брать дегустационные сеты настоек и авторские коктейли (в традициях лучших коктейль-баров, когда не определенный коктейль заказываешь, а желаемую комбинацию вкусов). И конечно же авторские «щавелевые» и шпротные настойки - не пугайтесь названия, они прикольные)

Экскурсия замечательная, все очень понравилось, обязательно вернёмся, по-моему что такие места и самостоятельные не найдешь. огромное спасибо Виктории , замечательная светлая и веселая, на все вопросы знает ответ. такой потрясающей экскурсии у нас не было давно!!!

Отличная экскурсия, теплая и человечная, отдых для души . Коктейли- это новый вид искусства, очень вкусно и интересно.
